Starting off with a positive experience with excellent advice in the real shop itself, I have now done my third buy with hifi klubben, this time on line. Flawless experience. And with discount, because previous product I bought went on offer just after I bought it. Without asking I received a voucher hor the difference. Top service.

I ordered the LG OLED55CX. First, they matched the lowest price available on the internet, and added the 5 years guarantee on top. Second, they processed my order fast. Someone the house number was wrong on the order. HiFi Klubben responded fast and efficient. They sent the TV to the right address the same day it was returned to them. Everything included, it took them 4 working days to deliver the TV. Impressive considering what’s going on with Post NL today.
