thanks for the quick sent and well packaged good.
I am very pleased to have become a member of the HI FI Klubben. I received the DCD 900 CD player quickly and in good condition. I have it connected through a Marantz PM 6005 amplifier to JBL 580 Studio boxes. I can’t say that I’m 100% happy with the sound. I'll look into it and write my final impressions in a couple of weeks.
The package took a long time to come because DHL misplaced it. Customer service was very helpful and even sent me more expensive version of the headphones I ordered at no additional charge.
HiFi Klubben's staff is very unprofessional. They make mistakes, and the customer has to suffer. The order was placed very clearly, just like at any other store, but this one has been stuck for months. They shipped the product after receiving the payment, but then, a year later, they sent a letter claiming the payment was pending. If the payment was pending, why did they ship the product? I even packed the product to return it because I was surprised and unhappy with the customer care responses, but nothing has happened. I keep reminding them about my case and my wish to close it. Very disappointing.
Edit after the response: Once again, a very frustrating and misleading reply. I believe the staff is operating at a very superficial level. THIS WAS NEVER A RETURN REQUEST in the first place. You missed the last date for processing the payment after you were giving the mandate as per your own letter to me. You informed me about it ONE YEAR LATER. I wanted to abandon the transaction due to your mistake, which you wrote youself. At least open this case please & see the details. Right now it is just a ping-pong.

Reply from HiFi Klubben Deutschland
I bought a few Bluesound products from Hifi Klubben Deutschland several months ago. The buying experience was ok. As some state delivery times sometimes exceed what is promised on the product page, but in general I got what I ordered in an acceptable time.
However, what bothers me is:
- some products that I bought are not compatible (Flex Battery, Flex Stand) which was not mentioned at all on the Klubben DE website on the product page
- Klubben asks for reviews for the bought products by mail, which I think is a good way to give interested people real first-hand experiences by previous buyers. Thus, I did review the products I bought and weeks later checked to see if they had been published. And at that moment I understood why all products on Klubben are reviewed as being great: The reviews I had submitted that had 3 or more stars had been published, but the one bad review (2 stars) not. I had written quite a bit (not only the lack of compatibility with the Flex Stand) to outline why I gave only 2 stars to the product (Bluesound Battery), which I think would have been interesting to know for potential buyers.
So it seems the product information and even the reviews are not really seen as a way to give customers all the information they need to make an informed decision. Rather the withholding of negative aspects of the product indicates that it's seen as pure marketing where you only brag about the good stuff. I find this disappointing and bordering on fraudulent selling practices.
So if you consider buying there, I recommend to at least ignore the product information and reviews on the website and look for balanced informatio in other places.
bought a pair of very pricy earbuds here from the warehouse section (products that were returned before but are supposed to be in fully functioning and like new). The earbuds i got were definitely not functioning, suffering from permanent bluetooth connection problems and sound disruptions. I guess someone should have noticed this before they were resold. But well what actually got me really mad is that they then refused to accept my for all kinds of sketchy excuses.
Honestly, this mix of pretending to be all high class and good service and then cheeking aroud is hard to bear.
