Stay away - they dont allow refunds if the product doesnt work for you with clear indication on more people having the same issue.
The company may generally be pleasant to work with, but in my case, I purchased a unit that turned out to have known software bugs—issues that were already documented online. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has since ceased operations, including all software and firmware support.
When I requested a return, refund (full or partial), or an exchange for a properly functioning alternative—after all troubleshooting efforts had been exhausted—Hifido / Superhifi / Audiostudio S.R.O. chose to test the device under different conditions than the problematic one. Since it appeared to work in their setup with another service, they denied my refund request. We are now in an unresolved dispute awaiting resolution.
