The system works
The system works. I have used the scheme twice now and it is reassuring to know there is deposit protection inbuilt when investing such large sums of money in significant home improvement.

They gave me a good deal
They gave me a good deal. The installation was good and I feel communication could be better between the teams and sub-contractors. I made a payment of the deposit and they failed to allocate to my account. So now they are chasing me for something which they should have allocated. They have not provide me with a resolution to date.

Very professional.
The whole experience was managed so as to cause me as little inconvenience as possible. Everyone involved was very helpful and refreshingly cheerful. The follow-up emails and insurance certificates came through quickly and were easy to follow.
