Excellent service. Delivered on time and the quality is superb.
We brought 2. One was a double for the living room and my partner loves rubbing his feet through it.

This is our second rug from Hide Rugs. A great selection to choose from and delivered within two days. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. We’re delighted with our choice.

I’d been looking for a curly Icelandic sheepskin for a while, found one but it was so expensive and I couldn’t afford to pay the price; then I found Hide Rugs, saw one on their website for a more reasonable price. To be honest I wasn’t sure what the quality would be like but with the option of returning it decided to order it. I wasn’t happy at spending £16 on postage but I guess if you live in The Highlands that’s the way it is. The ordering was easy and loved that you actually got the sheepskin that you’d chosen. The delivery was quick and as soon as I opened the package I loved it! It was actually nicer than I thought it would be and it looks great on my wooden bench in the kitchen. Very happy with Hide Rugs and would happily recommend them.

I was pleased with the reindeer hide which appears top be of good quality and is larger than I thought it might be. The parcel was trackable from leaving your premises to arrival at my house, and it was delivered within the advertised time slot. It is a present for my wife's birthday which hasn't happened yet, so I am not in a position to say whether it met all expectations, but would be surprised if she has a problem with it.

Before ordering my merino wool underlay, I was a little confused by the information on the website, but customer service got back to me promptly, answering my questions and sending images of the different products as well.
I made my choice based on those, and I am happy with my purchase.
It has improved sleeping comfort and warmth.

Upon delivery, I measured the rug and found that it is 10cm shorter in both width and length than the dimensions stated on your website

no email to confirm order also no email to confirm payment, also product was delivered in a carton box that was totaly wet and weak and the product was also wet. I would expect a much better service on these things

Hi the rug is lovely and delivery fast, but I don’t like the ruffled edges around my rug no matter what I try it won’t flatten, I’m not sure if this is the design or not but I’ve already ordered another rug, different style, my friends cowhide is flat all the way round. I’d add a photo but I can’t 🤷🏼‍♀️
