Service is really bad
I ordered Bluetooth dongle specially from India, but it didn’t work on my Mac Pro. I followed all the steps in document but nothing worked. I raised service request and received solution in response but it didn’t work as well. I replied on the email but then no response. Every time I receive a same response like some bot is sending the emails. Never expected such delivery.

No Setup Required!

Can't figure out how to use this...
I absolutely cannot figure out how to use this. There seems to be a lack of solid directions. Once you go to the web page printed on the packaging, it seems to take you in so many different directions, I'm not sure which way to go. Being an IT person and not being able to successfully figure this out is frustrating. Additionally, the white sticker that you need to pull out of the device to activate the battery did not fully pull out and part of the tab is still stuck in the device. I have a feeling I'll need to return everything and start over.
