Got an item which was late and when they said they would help refund me as the person it was for unfortunately died, they simply just ignore all communication with myself now. Very very bad customer support

I ordered a custom projection necklace from Custom Items for my mother as a gift. She is totally in love with that necklace. It has a photo of me with my mother. It was a great experience. I will definitely recommend Custom Items to everyone.

IT’S A TOTAL SCAM , MY BOYFRIEND ORDERED ME THE NECKLACES THAT I REALLY WANTED, ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS, HEY HO, WILL PAY ATTENTION NEXT TIME

My pet chihuahua Pepe passed away aged 15 on 3rd December 2021 and my heart is broken. Wanted to keep myself busy and thought this would be an ideal way to make a lasting memory of him, a cross stitch made especially from his photo. The pack arrived with everything needed including charts, threads and instructions. Seems to be plenty of threads in the pack. Good quality thread organisers included and the labelling of the threads and corresponding chart are very professional and easy to understand. Not started this project yet but looking forward to it very much. No half stitches or back stitch shown on the cross stitch pattern so hoping it will work out without them.

Fabulous gift for my mother-in-law whose cat of 20 years has passed and we had a photo of the cat made into a cross stitch and she loved this lasting momento. Delighted with it.

Great product and very well received. In the end I ordered 3 keychains and everybody loves them. Really easy to order, it did take about 3 weeks to receive so make sure you order in advance.

orderd 3rd december still not recived no communication tracking still saying its to be dispached! DO NOT ORDER ITS A SCAM! Now doing a charge bank with bank and suggest others do it asap.

Ordered middle of December and although missed Christmas delivery I was kept informed throughout and once the Item had arrived on the 30th December and passed on as a gift to my wife and my mum they was totally in love with the projection necklaces

Alot of the bad reviews on here are about delivery only so if you want this item order in enough time because you won't be disappointed with the item 😉

The Paw keyring was the perfect gift for my boyfriend this Christmas he loved it.

Really happy with my purchase of 2 necklaces and 3 bracelets. Was hoping they would arrive in time for Christmas but didn't realise how long they would take. If ordering allow up to 3 weeks specially around Christmas. They are all beautiful and mean alot to myself and the ppl i brought them for.

Ordered an item at the end of November. A month later and it hasn't been received.

I received an email that my item had dispatched on Dec 12, but it hadn't been at all. I emailed about delivery times - received the tracking information and then my emails were ignored for days. I was told there were delays in the supply chain after I emailed a number of times. Estimated delivery times are posted on their website, I took this into account when ordering to ensure I would have the item for Christmas. This was quoted to me and they haven't clarified whether the product page has been updated since I placed the order. They reply to parts of my email and ignore the rest...

Only some emails were replied to, just like only some reviews are replied to.

Beautiful craftsmanship. I wasn't sure what to expect. Company I'd never heard of and an order in December for a Christmas gift. I wasn't disappointed. It arrived Christmas eve and I couldn't be happier. Quite dark as have a black dog but it makes me smile whenever I see it.
