Sloppy and don't look like photos
Ordered a bundle for my wedding, and the florals look NOTHING like the photos on the website. They look sloppy, obviously fake, and thrown together. To top it off - customer service is terrible. The "happy bride guarantee" is a lie. They insisted that orders must be returned within 7 days, even though I reached out within that time range, they wouldn't respond to me. Finally after leaving some comments on their instagram, they got back to me to make an exception. Unfortunately shipping the order back from the US to the UK would cost more than the flowers themselves. Tread lightly and do not trust them for your big day.
Fantastic custom bouquet!
I ordered a custom bouquet and several matching boutonnieres for my wedding in December and was so impressed by the range of options, the amazing communication from Julia and the quality of the final designs. I had so many compliments on the flowers on the day and can't recommend the team highly enough.

Nothing like the pictures -go elsewhere
After paying £190 for a bouquet, a buttonhole and a handful of loose stems I was super disappointed to receive my order to fing that my mixed dried and artificial arrangements were 5% dry and 95% fake plastic flowers.. that don't even look remotely like the pics.
I was a little hesitant to order because their photos look heavily filtered but I'd been listing o er dried bouquets for months and others may not have arrived in time.
I've resorted to buying a few bouquets from the supermarket and I'll make my own arrangement/buttonholes.
Fabulous
Fabulous! I had placed an order, and then decided to change my mind on what I wanted. I contacted the company and they very quickly and kindly reimbursed me with credit so I could re order what I wanted. The order came fast, and the items were beautiful. Even more so in real life than on the images. Many many compliments on my wedding day!
Awful customer service
I ordered some buttonholes for my wedding and paid extra for 1 day delivery. The website and confirmation email clearly stated '7 day dispatch time + 1 day delivery' so my order should have arrived in good time for our wedding. However, the order was not dispatched for 18 days and therefore arrived whilst we were on our honeymoon.
I had to email 3 times before I finally got a response stating I could not return the order for a refund because I'd emailed >7 days from the delivery date - I emailed 8 days after as we were away on our honeymoon when it was delivered! There was no acknowledgement that the order was significantly late. Very disappointing.
It's a shame to write this review because the product is good but it's worthless if it doesn't arrive in time for the intended event.

Yeah, not great.
I paid for a custom order in full after speaking with Cagla about what I wanted and sharing pictures and my Pinterest board with her.
I was told they could fulfill my requirements and 2 months before my wedding I was contacted by Jess, who attempted to create my bridal bouquet mock ups. None of them looked anything like the pictures I had shared and I was so disappointed. She tried 3 times but they were all awful if I’m being honest. I have actually done better myself with flowers from shein! I really wish I could add pictures here. I asked if I could just order something straight from the website instead and she asked me to let her try once more. Again, she sent me a hot mess. Again I wasn’t happy and she then emailed me to tell me that the process had been started to cancel my order. No mention of a refund.
So I logged into my account to see the order still there, so I requested a cancellation myself, only to be emailed by someone else telling me that custom orders cannot be cancelled.
So they have taken my money and not provided me with anything for my wedding, with just 2 months for me to sort something out.
To add salt to the wound, the t&c’s they steered me to, suggest that I should have only had to pay the deposit for the custom order and not the full cost! I’m furious and I want a full refund as I have not received anything and it was hidden botanics that initiated the cancellation, not me!
Beautiful bouquet, lovely team
I got my wedding flowers from Hidden Botanics for my Autumnal wedding and they were sensational! Beautiful bold colours that looked really gorgeous, and I ordered them a few weeks in advance so they definitely helped reduce my wedding stress. The team are friendly and answered my queries quickly, I would definitely recommend them.

I originally got sent the wrong bouquet, then I was nervous after reading some bad reviews but upon emailing their website somebody got back to me within 2 days and the right bouquet was sent out to me and received the very next day. Great customer service, thank you! My bouquet is out of this world too.

They were absolutely beautiful and I loved the colours, our guests could not stop looking at them.
I did not get my flowers on time
I did not get my flowers on time. They said they dispatch in 7 days but I gave plenty of time based on when I needed them. I reached out for a return but the communication was non-existent. It really sucks to have to pay so much and be stuck.
Removed my reviews
Removed my review from their website and blocked me on Facebook when I gave them a review on there. The gist was awful customer service and awful, dead flowers. Do not use this company.
The most beautiful bouquets
I purchased my flowers for my wedding from Hidden Botanics and had a flawless experience. I asked for a bespoke palette of deep reds, emerald, and lilac and they delivered!!! I've never seen these colors together before and they were stunning. All bouquets were delivered on time and in great condition. They needed to be fluffed, as expected, but they were everything I could've hoped for and more.
Communication is not good
Communication is not good. I ordered a flower crown and 2 buttonieres. The website said 7 days to ship then 3-4 for delivery. After 2 weeks I hadn't had a dispatch email so I emailed to enquire. I was told it had just been made and would be sent the next day. Another week went by with no further comms, so I emailed again. No apology, no explanation, just a dispatch email. When they finally arrived (the day before I needed them), the flower crown was bent out of shape, flowers falling off and the ribbons detatched with haphazard bits of glue all over. I managed to salvage it as I had no choice at this point, but I was very disappointed. I emailed to complain but recieved no reply. Very much seems that they simply don't care.
Photos are nothing like the product
Photos are nothing like the product - she clearly uses filters! My bouquet arrived and I ordered burnt orange and cream - I got pink and yellow (same flowers as photo, but colours were all wrong)
And the cheek to not give a full refund - she is a scam artist.
Do not purchase from this company
I would not recommend this company to anyone after our very negative experience. Our order didn’t arrive when they had guaranteed and when we tried to follow up in our account it said order not recognised then the order was recognised but not filled and then we got a Royal Mail notification to say they were on their way all on the same day! They arrived a few days later and were beautiful. There were no care instructions in the box just a ticked order sheet. On the day of the wedding they stained the wedding dress, suits and in fact anything they touched! It was devastating for my daughter in law who hadn’t even left the house and her dress was badly stained. The customer service was shocking. We were told the flowers shouldn’t be exposed to humidity or temperature changes and that we had been informed of this inside the thank you card in the box, there was no card or instructions in the box. They then told us that it says on the website you shouldn’t have the flowers near material that stains. How can you put a buttonhole on a suit without it touching a material that can stain or hold a bouquet without it touching a dress? As I said their customer service was shocking with us only able to pry a small refund to clean the wedding dress.
Customer service v bad
Trading as Hidden botanical. Customer service v bad. Initally, after chatting on an email thread, their email address suddenly bounced back and didn't exist anymore. When I finally got hold of them again via another email, they never explained or apologized about that, despite me raising it as a question - Lots of red flags during my order - including the date of when the flowers were needed not being listened to and having to reconfirm the dates, no confidence they would have delivered on time, and no confidence or reassurance that they were a legit company to be honest. So sad and upset this morning as my dream flowers from their website is clearly just that - a dream - not reality. Avoid this company and don't put yourself through the stress of ordering from them.
The bouquet had bugs
My experience with Hidden Botanics was terrible because the product arrived with ants crawling all over it AND the customer service personnel ignored my situation. Here are the facts - you judge for yourself:
-- received the product from Hidden Botanics on Friday July 28 and notified them immediately that it contained bugs
-- Hidden Botanics responded on July 31 with instructions to purchase the item again and pay for expedited handling and shipping - did not take responsibility for the defective item or offer any reimbursement of any kind
-- Aug 1 pleaded with them to take responsibility for the defective product but my email was ignored and I have not received a response
-- Aug 5 the wedding took place and, needless to say, other arrangements had to be made for the bride's bouquet.
I was cheated out of $111.00 by Hidden Botanics.
I've got to say I'm a bit disappointed
I've got to say I'm a bit disappointed. The dried flowers looked ok, but actually looking at what they consist of the price is quite high. The artificial flowers they included looked incredibly cheap and all had to be removed. I couldn't remove them from the flower crown so this is unusable. Everything was wrapped in a really cheap, white ribbon. Packaged very poorly although thankfully not much was damaged. I will not be recommending.
hidden cost, mediocre product and no response from customer service
I ordered a Bouquet with hidden botanics and I am more than disappointed. We had to pay extra cost for the delivery due to customs not being declared properly + a penalty as this needs to be payed upfront - the delivery costs are already high and they have doubled with this, so why the extra hidden cost? Customer service has literally nothing to say to my attempts of contact... except for 'please review', so here we go (would probably not have done it if I would have received an explanation for this)
Now to the product: given that I payed horrendous delivery costs, the Bouquet arrived in mediocre condition with flowers already broken off and not much efforts put into it.
I am more than disappointed given that this was supposed to be for my wedding day and I now need to get something else - can't recommend this company.
