Awful. Please avoid at all costs.

Paid for expedited shipping. Item never arrived despite Royal Mail marking it as such. Delivery photo doesn’t show where it was left just a close up of it.

I’ve sent so many emails which have been ignored. They’ve refused to investigate with Royal Mail in the slightest and refused to refund me. Now they are confirming they will but want me to still pay the £22 for postage!

Just avoid.

I didn't read the comments before ordering my flowers and then I came across the Trustpilot reviews just 6 weeks before and to say I was scared well.. I have never had a problem with the customer service team they have always replied to me within a day always been very helpful. I asked could I have my flowers sooner than 3 weeks as I was so worried about them after seeing the reviews, they came today they are absolutely stunning. Every bouquet is beautiful, and I have ordered 9! The only 1 thing I will say is my bride bouquet is just a tad bigger than my bridesmaid which I was like arghh! But I received 40 loose stems with my order which I will most likely add some to my bouquet! But honestly that is the only thing that I can say about them.

Wow. What a horrible company. They not only shipped my flowers damaged, messed up the quantity of my order, but also BLOCKED my email for requesting a refund. They promised they’d send my flowers over a week before the wedding so I’d have time for replacements but I received the box 2 days before my wedding. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered all our wedding florals from this company. From the beginning they were very helpful allowing for a custom order of an existing design. In total they supplied our bouquets, button holes and also a beautiful flower collar for our dog. Communication was good, replying to any queries and sent us images of the started items prior to delivery. They had the option for delayed delivery which was very helpful meaning we had less time to store the florals.
Overall very happy with the quality and finish of all items ordered.

HORRIBLE! I paid for a large bridal bouquet and we received a tiny ugly bouquet of cheap plastic flowers and plastic greenery from the dollar store. Too ugly to even display in our home. Disputing with credit card company. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!

Confirming other reviews that this “company” is a scam. Pressured me into booking as quickly as I could to secure a date to have my wedding florals in time, and then only after I emailed three or four times did I hear back from them. Nothing according to contract, no input on materials, I just received a photo of the lowest quality bouquet I’ve ever seen in my life. Nothing like their photos online (turns out they’re stealing their images from a florist in California). They refused a refund because “they custom ordered my materials”. Don’t fall for their scam like I did!

I had an absolutely amazing experience custom ordering with Hidden Botanics/Eirini Flower Boutique - my bridal bouquet, 3 bridesmaid bouquets and 1 boutonniere arrived perfect and beyond what I could have imagined. Georgia did a marvelous job of taking my inspo photos and turning them into reality - her communication was spot on and it was extremely easy to make any adjustments I requested. I'm beyond thrilled with how the florals looked day of <3

I would give them less than half a star if I could. Working with this company has been nothing short of a disaster. They improperly stocked my supplies, delivered my products late and did not include over 72% of my centerpiece florals. They are being extremely difficult to communicate with, trying to convince me that a refund for just the missing stems is suitable, despite being promised a cohesive vision for my flowers. I spent nearly $3K on flowers for my wedding and am now scrambling to find alternatives just days before my wedding. AVOID! They now "re-branded" to Eirini Flower Boutique @Eiriniflowerboutique on Instagram.

Wish I had read the reviews not the good ones on social media and Etsy.

The flowers were cheap plastic rubbish and the company ignored me. Had to go through PayPal and still didn't get a response. I then reported via PayPal and was offered a partial refund but they're not even usable. I rejected it and got nothing and I've used up my wedding flower budget for cheap crap that I'm too embarrassed to use!

Horrible scam company likely dropshipping subpar items. Avoid. No customer service, terrible refund policy. Missed the original delivery date and i'm happy they did. We found a better florist locally. Don't buy.

I had such an amazing experience with Debora who made my custom bouquets 💐 boutonnieres and hair grips. Debora took on board the colours that I had in mind and the small details that I wanted included. I wanted colourful, springtime and a Greek nod to reflect the location. I was amazed with what she created and so pleased with everything. I was included in every step and Debora sent wonderful photos and videos for approval.

I had a terrible experience with this company and wouldn’t advise to order. I initially contacted them on instagram to ask how to see the flowers, they told me to order and see which ones I would like. What they didn’t tell me upfront was that they have a 30% restocking fee.

The flowers themselves were very poor quality and smelt really bad. I live in London and the bouquets were squashed into a box so came out in a weird shape.

They did offer to send new versions but I was so put off that I definitely did not want them for my wedding flowers so opted for a refund minus the 30%. Their customer service very much felt like a cut and paste and wasn’t engaging with the key point of my email - that whilst I understand they have policies, they should be upfront with customers about their returns policy if advising them to order flowers to try. After paying for the return and chasing two weeks later, my refund was finally processed.

I feel lucky that I only lost £70 - as I could have gone all in based on their online photos and lost much more or be left with low quality flowers. But will never recommend these to anyone!

DO NOT USE. I saw a lot of mixed reviews and I can assure you that the positive ones are being paid for.

If I could give this no stars I would. This company is a scam, do not purchase from HB or their “rebrand” Eirini (sketchy).

I received my order..first of all the box was very small and completely smashed, all the bouquets and boutonnières were crammed inside and broken.

None of the pieces look like they do online. Online they look beautiful and rustic/boho. In person they look like literal garbage, like garden trimmings. They also had this unnecessary blue dye on the greenery that stained my hands.

I can’t use these for my wedding and had to find a florist last minute.

I asked for a refund and they said my only choices are to get 100% store credit (LOL the audacity) or to pay for return shipping (internationally) and get a 70% refund…. They keep the 30% as a “restocking” fee… which is laughable cause the only place these are going is in the trash. So I’m supposed to pay over $100 in shipping to send a bunch of crushed dried plants, to only get a partial refund? Piss off. I filed a dispute with my bank and my $773 was returned to me.

Absolutely unacceptable business practice. False advertisement and terrible customer service. Worst experience I’ve had with any company.

Not as advertised, the quality is poor with dead or damaged bouquets. And the customer service is basically non existent. They just want to take your money.

The customer service was abysmal! The order was late and when I enquired about it, they ghosted me for several days. I had a bad feeling about this so I made alternative arrangements and requested a refund. They were quick to reply then when it was about money to tell me I cannot get a refund, AND was told not to worry because they always deliver on time. The audacity! I felt like this was a bad joke.

I eventually got my order after the and the quality was bad, and some items not as advertised! There were damages to the bouquet, branches looking dead, spots on flowers, flattened flowers and greenery, the whole thing was a mess. To top it all off the "dried only" products I chose, well the accessories came with fake flowers so that was also false advertising.

When I complained about the quality, they never actually acknowledged the issues I raised. They just sent me some template like email reply, probably automated, just telling me my return/refund options. The restocking fee is not even legal since the product is not personalised and they are in breach of contract since they didn't deliver what they advertised.
But again when I expressed I would like a full refund for the reasons listed above, no reply!

I had already made a chargeback request with my bank when I thought I'd never receive the order. And of course they reached out when the bank contacted them about it but they seem to know nothing about the many emails and complaints I had already made. I told them to check their emails and that I stand by it, and guess what. No reply again.

They might as well stop reaching out to people if they don't want to have a conversation and never intend to reply. I was just left to talk to myself.

They're not up to the task and will disappoint so many more brides during such stressful time to plan a wedding! What a cruel "business"!

I’m not convinced this is a real company. I ordered flowers and paid extra for them to be delivered quickly. When they didn’t arrive by the expected date I tried to contact them to see if they’d been dispatched. I sent 3 emails and called and heard nothing. I tried to live chat via their website and it said there was no one available. I looked at the tracking info of my order, the day before my wedding, and it said they hadn’t been dispatched yet. On the day of my wedding they finally emailed back to say my order had been lost in the post. It seemed like the email was written by AI? I haven’t had a refund yet but have requested one.

Turns out this is a total scam website. They just take your money and don’t respond.

Debora made me perfect hair clips for my wedding day. They fit the brief exactly to what I described and she was more than happy to tweak and change them to what I described. Her correspondence was quick and helpful which when wedding planning is the dream! 😊

Havnt received my flowers yet however have worked with them to create a bespoke design for my wedding they have worked with my short time frame and within my budget (didn't think I could have custom within my budget so glad I sent inquiry form) , very happy they where so understanding when I asked for a colour to be removed at each point sent me pictures of the process and asked for my approval I'm very happy and know this was the right choice for my wedding I'm super excited for when they arrive and I will up date once they arrive 💕

We ordered our flowers for our wedding from Hidden Botanics Weddings and we loved them. We ordered my bouquet, buttonaires, wrist corsages and wedding cake flowers. They arrived in very good condition, they were so beautiful and a high quality.
