I still dont have my money transferred it was lost. And now its been 2 weeks of support working on it.

The actions completed were easy to follow and the agent assisted in completion and continued to monitor the transaction through to the end deposit

My experience was terrible. I was scheduled to have a call with a representative but it was canceled. I was never informed of the process. I received my rollover check without direction on next steps, which I had to contact SoFi to get. Then a few days later I received a package with the pre-paid envelope. Which was too late because two days earlier I sent the check via FedEx. The was assuming the rollover funds would've been sent directly and didn't understand why they wrecked sent to me and I had too forward to the clearing company. Overall it was confusing and not presented to me and a terrible process

It was great! I started my rollover, gave them information they needed, took like few minutes. Chrys was professional and sweet helping me throught this.Then they said the rollover was almost comple, that it would just take a couple of business days. Exactly 1 week for me and it was in my account! I loved it, so easy and stress free! Definitely have been telling my friends and family about it. My investments are managed by SoFi and they use Capitalize for rollover transactions. Usually those types of transactions are a bit challenging and quite time consuming. Capitalize made this as easy as making a cup of coffee! They even provided the convenience of a pre-addressed, postage paid envelope which arrived the same time my rollover checks.

I've rolled over several 401Ks into my IRA over the years and this process was by far the easiest and smoothest. No phone calls, no document uploads, just easy. Everything being done over email and text was super convenient. I hope to do all of my rollovers with Capitalize going forward!

I liked how convenient it was to do the rollover as Capitalize does most of the work for you. What I didn't like is that it took almost THREE MONTHS to complete the rollover.

I had already signed a document and uploaded it and then the Capitalize rep requested me to do it again, not checking for completion on their end.

Other than that, it was smooth and communication was easy.

Claude was very patient through the entire process and we got it done!
