Because this Key auctions can not charge my invoice directly from my master card registered on file at Hibid. And I've replied his email with invoice to let auctioneer directly charge the fee from my master card registered on file at Hibid already that so many years it keeps working without any problem,
Unfortunately, because of extremely busy over time on my company job including weekends (not allowed to answer the phone call) and more than ten's of purchase on Hibid recently around this busy March,I keep waiting for Key auctions shipping quote but no answer by mail until about four weeks later I received my shipping list and send two emails to Key auctions to it's invoice link and 'contact auctioneer'.
Unfortunately, without any answers till now but I deeply feel a negative record of nonpaid invoice Mark to me already.
I sincerely hope this Key anctioneer can answer me and let me pay my invoice again and ship my won items later.
I will be very appreciatived Hibid can have a double check on my case and make all anctioneers can directly charge the invoice from the buyers credit card registered on file at Hibid already to avoid such issue.

I don’t like the fact when people make bidding being told You may have Won ,in fact I don’t know what happened afterwards,I was the highest bidder on 2 items.
Auctions shouldn’t control bidding process with fixed amount as what happened to me in 2 items.
Other Auctions do not use this method.
I hope you understand my point.

This appears to be an issue with bid updates not being communicated in a timely manner to the appropriate bidder. At times, we believe we are the winning bidder, but due to delays in updates, the timeframe to respond passes before we’re properly notified.
As a result, we are not able to follow up or react before the lot closes, and only then realize we were outbid and lost the item.

I won 9 items at this auction, 8 of them I bid on using the Bid button on the bottom of the item window. One of the items I set a MaxBid of $10. I was winning the item with the MaxBid at $5 until the last minute before closing when someone came in and Bid just enough to make my MaxBid of $10 kick in. I found this to be suspicious because they did not try to outbid me as the item is worth $150 retail. This resembles shill bidding and is allowed under UCC 2-328 only if disclosed in the seller’s terms. I could not find in their terms any ware. Four of the items were damaged or missing parts. Their Auction Detail say's that all items are sold as is with no refund. They do not list the condition of the items and their pickup times are limited to Saturdays 11 am to 3 pm. I won’t be using this dealer anymore.

It's very easy to bid on the website. They send you updated emails when someone overbid you which allows you to increase your bid if you wish. This is very helpful because if you really want something then you better up your bid. I've used their website many times and have never had a problem

Hibid is a wonderful platform for online auctions l. Easy to register and use. Always quick with email for notification on being outbid on items, and when an auction is closing.

Was able to win a fairly hi value item by figuring out the timing, even with a soft close.
Easy set up process but one suggestion based on my experience
Easy set up process, user friendly. Good experience overall. Honest feedback, when so many items close within a minute of each other, it’s difficult to navigate and be successful winning your bids. I had 12-15 items I was bidding on and trying to manage all but one within a 10 minute window was difficult. I ended up winning 6 out of the 12-15 items but because I was trying to manage so many bids at the same time it was impossible to stay up with it. A suggestion would be if you have similar items to spread them out to keep a bidders attention on the auction for a longer period of time. Just my two cents.

products are not tested well, and they are lied about to work well, which creates trust issues with buyers. A few products I bought were supposed to be working fine, but they all have issues. I will not bid again.

A won notification popped up for a set of 3 mirrors that he was not bidding on- nor were we close to the lot numbers. It was just a fluke I guess. I messaged the auction house and they took it off our account right away.

The auction started promptly and no problems were incurred during bidding process. The statement was sent shortly after the end of bidding. Pickup instructions and address were given. My items were arranged in one area so I could pick up after paying. Items were as described.

I had to create a new account. The other two accounts did not let me bid on anything. I spoke with the auctioneer and they said they could see that I was registered but it would not let me bid. I would like to delete the other two accounts.
Time Saver with Better Descriptions
It's just like participating at an in-person auction from the convenience of being at home but with items selling much faster saving you time. Then go to auction site and retrieve items in minutes. I'm hearing impaired and with in-person auctions with unclear speaking auctioneers or poor sound systems, I miss details about the items. Many times auction assistants don't pick up or well display items being sold. The on-line pictures do a better job of describing the item.
