Amazing company to partner with would recommend them to anyone. I haven’t found any downside to hiber. Victoria signed me up recently and has been great helping me get used to the app and with other aspects of my business. The full team have been really good as well always taking care of any problems I’ve had right away.

The whole process of ordering parts and materials was ok,members of staff were quite helpful,but had to chase up the team to get warrenty and gas safe certificates sent to customer, other than that it is a pleasant experience to work with this company.

I never entertain cold callers, but I gave one of the lads from Hiber the benefit of the doubt and met up with him for a chat about how the company works.

Very hesitant of anything like this, but was unable to pick any holes in the business model. And ended up signing on to give it a try. I paid a small fee to join, but that was returned after the first job was signed off.

Very glad I took the time to do the research because it's worked out very well for me. I've put 5 or 6 jobs through them now, and it's worked well.

Top tier warranties on all boiler installs, no money down for parts, the possibility for customers to pay in installments.

All the staff have been very easy to deal with.

Ive just got involved with hiber and i cant thank the team enough especially chloe Ashleigh and neil they are there on the other end of the phone when ever i need them they have done more for my company in the past 2 months than i have in the past year very highly recommend more tradesmen use them thankyou very much

Everyone at hiber is really helpful, wether that be Technichal support or just the basics or ordering parts.
Nothing is to much to ask and everyone is outrageously friendly!
They have taken a mass work load of my shoulders without anything on my side of things changing. They’ve put the fun back into being self-employed!
