I would give this product a 0 if it was available. The suction isn't as good as my vacuum cleaner and there were no contents in the machine after use ! I filed a dispute but was told that they could give me an outright $50 if I cancelled the dispute without having to return the defective product, which I did. Nothing so far. I guess the representative had heard similar feedback BEWARE !!-don't waste you time or money !!
