What a lovely company to deal with - the customer service is second to none. Unfortunately, the bathrobes didn't fit and so I sadly had to return them which was a shame as they were so soft and gorgeous colours. HforHammam's customer service couldn't have been more kind in helping me change the order to a set of towels and dispatching them the same day! I know this will be my go-to supplier of soft Turkish Hammam towels for our campervan. They are just ideal as a quick-drying, space-saving solution to avoid heavy wet traditional towels. Plus, they look beautiful, what's not to love.

Item not received and no idea when its coming as there is no tracking information on the email confirmation.
I did receive my item 1hour later and I also received 2 rude patronising emails from them. I stand by my one star review as their attitude and rudeness in the emails to me was very unprofessional.

The towel is lovely- it took a while to arrive ( l blame Yodel) but was well worth waiting for. The packaging was lovely too- especially the little ceramic eye.
