I have taken few courses in safeguardind and health care
I’ve taken several courses with the Academy for Health & Fitness, and overall, my experience has been genuinely positive. What stood out to me most was how easy the platform is to use and how the courses are broken down into clear, manageable sections. Even when I was juggling work and studying, I never felt overwhelmed because everything was self‑paced.
The course content itself is surprisingly detailed for the price.
