The name is deceptive and you’ll get lots of hassle as they won’t pick your item up (check the other reviews if you don’t believe my review!)

They changed pick up last minute,tried to book to another day told them no has seller was burying his mum that day,they still tried to collect,then gave me another day,once asked if was still happening they denied even offering that day until I showed them email,paid for packaging this wasn’t done,don’t understand simple questions,couldn’t been so bad,even down to now won’t admit there c..k up,stay away not worth the hassle!!!!!!

Item not labelled, not strapped down in the van- 40kg planter on a pallet. No comms, constant chasing.

Would avoid entirely unless you don’t care about time or your package. I’ve learned that this is a VERY budget service with an ironic name…
