Brilliant app and website designs, create to help with timelines and invites/ rsvps

Ein wirklich toller Service, der für unsere Silberhochzeitsfeier auch auf deutsch sehr gut funktioniert. Unsere Website sieht sehr professionell aus, die Zu-/Absage-Funktion mit der Möglichkeit weitere Fragen zu stellen ist super. Die Verwaltung der Gästeliste ist sehr einfach, auch wenn es je nach Anzahl der Fragen mitunter ein wenig unübersichtlich werden kann. Man kann aber filtern und die Liste exportieren.

Das Versenden der Einladungen als eCard mit persönlichem Link, der einen direkt zum persönlichen Antwortformular bringt, wirkt am Anfang ein wenig kompliziert, wenn man aber mal raushat, wie man die Gäste anlegt (individuell oder in Gruppen), macht es durchaus Sinn. Für die gedruckten Einladungen gibt es QR-Codes. Die Einladungen könnten noch ein bisschen professioneller designbar sein, aber die Entwickler arbeiten ständig an Verbesserungen und sind offen für Vorschläge. Sie antworten auch sehr schnell und fixen kleine Problemchen oder kleine Wünsche innerhalb kürzester Zeit.

Wir sind jedenfalls sehr zufrieden und empfinden das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als sehr gut, was im überteuerten Wedding-Business fast einem kleinen Wunder gleichkommt.

After testing the portal for free for a couple of days for our 25 years wedding anniversary, we decided to go all in and book the premium package. And we haven’t regretted it.

Our website looks really nice and professional, and it provides all relevant information for our guests. There are plenty of options to create a page to your liking: design, colors, fonts, positioning of text, pictures etc. The usual pages are automatically there, but you can create more for hotel options, registry etc

The RSVP and managing the guest list work really well, and invitations can be created both for ecards and pdf for print. The sending of the ecards is easy and you receive information if the email address is wrong and if the email has been opened.

The guest list can be a bit difficult to manage on screen depending on the amount of questions you include in the RSVP, but there are filter options, and the export of the data into an xls is easy.

The design options for the invitation fall a bit flat compared to the options for the website. But overall using this tool is very much worth the price. Also, the service is impeccable: We have encountered answers within a few hours and functionality adjustments within a few days. Also suggestions for further improvements are welcome, e.g. expanding the design options for the invitations.

We are in Germany, so we have used the website in German which worked really well. The feedback from our guests was very positive, and it’s great to know that we can update the information about our event any time and provide further details, and it will immediately be visible to our guests when they check the website next time.

We recently created the paid for package on this website - all the hours that have gone into creating have been waste! Only thing it retained is our pictures

Where is our data and why must we keep redoing the website. It’s starting to feel like a scam and this is very very stressful as weddings cost a lot of money and this should be making my life easier!!

Updating this review as my initial query has been sorted. Will come back to this once we get our guests experience.

Sent an email to customer service and Marcus was very helpful, much appreciated - apparently the issue was the browser we were using - some of the buttons were not showing on screen hence the data not saving, cause “save” option was not there!

Just be aware the website doesn’t work well on Safari (think this needs to be on the FAQ’s of the website).

All in all we got upgraded to Premium and thanks to the screenshots we had taken the night before it did not take us a long time to redo the website.

Absolutely brilliant! Really good cost and easy personalisation. Our guests have had an easy time understanding it.

I love that I have had full control on how and when I need to edit it. Like if we get further updates and such it literally only takes a couple of steps to pop it in

Had a brilliant experience creating our wedding website. Our guests also complimented it a lot which made me feel a lot more relaxed before our wedding.

Besides the design looking really elegant, I was really impressed with how much I could customise my pages.. which I couldn’t manage on other websites. We really wanted to highlight a lot of information on the wedding and we could create really special pages for each topic.

What was also great was the QR codes we got given linked straight to the guest’s RSVP.

Would highly recommend!

We decided to pay for the standard package and we we’re so happy we did. We asked our guests their menu choices and in the end passed it all in excel format to the venue which was great! All in all our website made organising our wedding much easier.
