I played on this site and I was worried about the reviews. yes they take a fee which I don't understand but I got my withdrawal in my bank as soon as my documents where cleared. they don't do that on weekends but was in my bank first thing this morning (Monday)

This is on behalf of my friend as he's not to good at explaining,My friend Michael opened an account with this company to be charged £6 for this site.So he deposited £240,he has now to tryed to withdraw this,but now they want I'd,This is not required for a withdrawal if it could of been done soon,ie opening the account,So with no checks to deposit money but now want all sorts of I'd,he hasn't got a driving licence,alls he has is a electoral photo I'd,which they have said is not good enough,I'm been on the phone to the gaming commission and they have also told me photo I'd is not required for withdrawal if it could have been done when account was open,the best bit is,they charged him £1 to withdraw his money which they say is being looked at,STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD

Great site so far only issue I have had is I made a withdrawal on Friday but they told me in live chat I need to wait until Tues for the money cause its upto 48 business hours to get your withdrawal approved which is some time apart from that happy with everything eles. I uploaded all the documents required so it didn't delay even longer so I would advice to get that uploaded and verified before you withdraw..

Deposited money with them and managed to win £650 and tried to withdraw using Skrill I always opt to use Skrill as it is 0 hassle when i comes to withdrawals but witnessed the staff go into my account reverse the withdrawal and then process the withdrawal through debit card which I did not request and the amount they withdrew was £680 which included £30 that I had just deposited to play with was told multiple times on live chat different stories and lies to cover themselves ultimately did pay out eventually but never have I ever witnessed a casino go into my account and mess with my funds like that would never 100% trust this casino

Absolute scam of a company. Spent £3000 in a week and won 550. So I withdrew the £550 for it to hit my bank account and to be instantly taken back by them. Contacted the bank and they said is was a error from the sender. So I contacted hey spin they said it will take 4days come back then. So 4 days later I try contact them again and they must of blocked my live chat. I waited over 2 hours for a reply and nothing. So I got my partner to open a account on the same device I use to play on. He opens an account and proceeds to open live chat to instantly get a response.
