I was really impressed with HeySlim as it was the only Pharmacy that actually gave me a personal Doctor that followed me on my progress. Dr Balan was so caring, answered questions very quickly and reassured me whenever I needed it. I discussed with him about maintenance and stopping the medication but he reassured me that I could always restart if I needed to. For the first time (I started on Mounjaro in January 2025, so have used quite a few different pharmacies) I felt I wasn’t just a customer and they only wanted my money but that they cared about you as a person and wanted you to succeed in reaching your goal. Ordering is easy and delivery very quick. Customer support is very good. I had to postpone delivery as I was away and that was no trouble at all. I know they are not the cheapest but sometimes it pays to pay the extra and know that they are there for you whenever you need them.

This company has been spamming me multiple times per day for weeks and won't do anything about it.
Their website doesn't work properly, they're impossible to deal with - I never did get my order. I've dealt with 10+ online pharmacies in the last year and they are by far the worst. I went somewhere else and got it all sorted in under an hour and considerably cheaper too.
Now struggling to get them to comply with GDPR.
Avoid at all costs!
Also be aware that they apparently have no issues with posting confidential information about your medical situation on here - most disgraceful thing I've ever witnessed. Had to make another complaint to get them to amend that. Received a threatening response from them suggesting I delete my review and then their breach of my confidential data won't show. Don't give these people any information you don't want shared with with world! Avoid, avoid, avoid

Royal Mail said delivered but no package. After being advised to contact the supplier can not get to talk to anyone left messages still no correspondence. Not happy with their customer service.

Really poor service and communication. Promised dispatch was not sent on time and getting in touch with the company was near impossible. Tried online support and despite being 2nd in the queue was given a wait time of between 2-5 hours for response. Tried telephone support and after a few mins call was disconnected. Your money has been taken but have no idea when your items will arrive. If you want to make sure you don't miss your medication try using another more efficient and communicative pharmacy as it could have a negative impact on your treatment. The service got worse - wrong medication was prescribed and despite a promised 14-20 mins wait for assistance, 45 mins later no response.

So this company took money from my credit card on the 22nd of December before the consultation had already even been approved. They then had the 22nd 23rd and 24th to send the medication out and they didn’t. They said that the consult hadn’t been processed they then said that the pharmacy was shut. The 27th was also a working day. They never sent it out then when it did finally arrive for the following week it was absolutely saturated all the packaging trampled and torn . There was no introduction letter with contact. If I had any problems there was no other tablets in the pack such as cyclizine which other providers have offered I found the company very awkward to deal with. They were quite happy to take my money, but not as happy to send the medication out I will not be using them again.
