I've been taking collagen for the last 6 months because I'm going through perimenopause and my skin is a lot better!!! The best thing I bought!!!!

Customer Service is excellent. Friendly, polite, small family run business.
Their literature is comprehensive, supporting a full understanding & confidence in the supplements I purchase.
Costs are reasonable.
I am a returning customer because their products such as the probiotics supplements have proven to have a positive effect on my overall gut health. I have just purchased their collagen supplements as I trust them explicitly. I would highly recommend their service.

Horrific customer service
My package was allegedly delivered, I found the delivery company, then I contacted Hey nutrition and advise them of the circumstances. (I can see now why they don’t have a customer phone number!) A week later they asked me to check under my car. Even though I had specifically said the package wasn’t there. Three weeks later I still haven’t received any sort of reply, reimbursement or replacement. They’ve not tried to help, they’ve not tried to assist in anyway. Absolutely useless.

What a wonderful new business. I finally placed an order after debating over the cost. Unfortunately one of my products arrived damaged and they were very quick to come back to me and offer me a replacement with the correct evidence provided. Amazing service and great products. Support this new business!!! I definitely will be.

Having used this company many times before with no issues I’m really disappointed with their customer service, 2 emails & 1 customer support form I have had no response regarding my unreceived order…….
Does anyone care anymore?

don't know the science of supplements however a brief search led me to hey nutrition, def don't want the flu vaccine so yeah:)

Courier issue with my delivery.
Support sorted the issue and I got my delivery a week late.
The product, Collagen complex is fantastic, it has helped my wife so much since starting 4-5 months ago. It has really helped with her Rheumatoid Arthritis, due to helping the immune system as well as her hair, skin and nails.
Top class product, well worth the price.

I ordered a product on the 4th December with 2-3 business days delivery schedule.

As of the 17th December I’ve had no delivery! I’ve emailed support on four occasions with no reply.

Unfortunately I cannot give a good review as no product/delivery , no update , no reply to emails.

I purchased Biotin complex a few weeks ago from Hey Nutrition, however I did not open them before I took advice from my gp eho advised me not to having had my gallbladder recently removed.i contacted Hey Nutrition to request a correct return address fir a refund, however,I was given the run around by one of their staff giving me reasons why I should keep the product and give them to friends or family a ridiculous suggestion by Marvin and one which I would never consider doing.I have contacted them again today requesting a correct return address at my own expense and a refund in full to my original payment method as this product is not considered compatible with my health issue.
I have had no communication regarding my return of purchase price or the correct return address.
I find this is terrible customer service and is contrary to their own returns policy, be aware!!

I made sure I only ordered 1 bottle of vitamin d3&k2 ,I only wanted to try them to see if they helped ,but when I went to check out they me an offer of 2 more bottles at a reduced price of £14.50 each ,I declined the offer and I definitely only ordered th 1 bottle and I paid for the 1 bottle, then they send me an email thanking me for taking their offer and instead of paying £29 was now paying 59£ .I think its a con trick they are scaming me .I will not order from them again .To get my refund I have to tell the courier to take them back ,and then email them that I told the courier to take them back and they said they will refund me when this happens. What if I miss the courier what do I do ,I emailed them but the did not answer.

Felt really ill after talking the magnesium capsules. Did everything as instructed, tried again bit the same results, painful bloating and nausea every time. I have contacted seller directly but still yet to receive a response. I am very disappointed as these supplements are not cheap, and after speaking with a clinician regarding these symptoms they advised me it is probably the bulking agents being used - brown rice flour. Why does a so called natural product require a filler at all? Ot makes me wonder how much of the actual product is even in the capsule. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Do not recommend

Iv used hey nutrition for a while and buy a range of supplements from them, never had a problem until now, placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and havnt heard a thing since, iv sent emails and used the online form to contact them without success, they've lost my custom, dissapointed.

I have used Hey Nutrition Cholesterol Complex supplement previously and had good results. So i decided to reorder another 3 bottles when my Cholesterol levels were raised. However i was disappointed to find that the make up of the tablet has changed from a soft capsul to a large hard solid tablet which i am finding very difficult to swallow. The ingredients have also changed so I am now also skeptical as to whether they will work.

Love the fact that the vitamins are clean not like the others you get.
Friendly family run business and easy to reach for any advice. Waiting for my second order to arrive.
