I love the shirt

I love the shirt! However, I did order the shirt back in May. I understand because of COVID-19, Everyone struggled with delivering and receiving items. Worth the wait! 💕

Cant stop wearing the sweater!

I have been seeing the ads on Instagram and been wanting to get the sweaters! It was so hard to choose but finally landed on the MOM AF sweater. I communicated with a representative through email and she helped me choose the correct size for me.

I just received the order and it actually came a bit early! I am soooooo pleased with the order and every time I wear it out I get so many compliments. Heymom is a small business and I highly recommend!

Lack of Communication

I would have understood if the shipping was delayed but the order was still processed in time, but I ordered over a week ago for Mother's Day and the item has not even been processed through their facility yet. They should have been more clear that there was absolutely NO chance of getting something by Mother's Day if that were the case. I understand the issue is caused by COVID, but if they were certain they wouldn't be able to fulfill that needed to be communicated better.

I have also already exchanged emails with them, so to send a survey to fill out before the issue has been resolved or the item shipped seems like a poor choice.
