I filed a fraud claim with MasterCard. This company takes your money and good luck getting your order. No response to multiple inquiries. There is no phone number to call, no surprise. Sickening

I ordered 2 calendars in January 2025. I never received them. The shipping tracking says it was delivered to Santa Ana Ca. I do not live anywhere near Santa Ana Ca. I have sent two emails (no phone # to contact them). I have received no response from them.

Scammers. Do not buy anything, they take your money and don’t send you anything. Even paid with Afterpay and Afterpay wouldn’t help me recover my funds.

I wish I had done my research before ordering! Ugh! It was such an impulse buy, it was what appeared to be a lovely book that I was going to give to my mom on Christmas. Shortly after I placed the order I THEN went on to read the reviews etc (stupid I know) and tried to contact someone to cancel. Emailed them and never heard back from anyone, a little while later it says my order had been delivered. I never got anything, and cannot get into contact with anyone about a refund! This site needs to be shut down because as many others have said they ARE in fact scamming people. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Don’t do it! They do not respond to any communication through their Customer Service email. There is no other way to reach them. All I’m trying to do is update the shipping address and they refuse to communicate. Shady!! I’m pretty sure it’s a scam company.

What is wrong is I ordered rechargeable screwdriver sets but received plain screwdriver sets tried to contact them 😅 and never heard back you DO NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED NOT HAPPY.

This isn’t the right company. They are scamming people and changing a couple of letters. The real company is called Heyhail! Do not buy from these people. Heyhail, also, sells bouncy houses and not all of this other stuff. They are just trying to take the name of a legit AMERICAN company!
