Steph at Hey Escapes was recommended to us by a friend who had had an excellent experience. Our brief was a break to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday with our adult children, including a 2 year old toddler, 7 in total. We thought an all inclusive hotel would be best to give everyone a degree of freedom, somewhere warm ish and Madeira came to mind . Steph came up with a package on the south side of the island that included flights and private transfers to and from the airport. The hotel was excellent and perfectly located by the sea with amenities to suit us all. Steph was meticulous in her planning but really excelled when at the very last minute our son had to pull out after an accident prevented him from travelling. She dealt with the fallout from that and provided documentation to support his insurance claim. All in all we had a great time and will definitely recommend Steph to others. She immediately grasped what we were looking for and came up with the perfect solution.

We wanted a different type of holiday from our usual ‘book somewhere and spend 2 weeks relaxing’, we wanted an adventure, but didn’t know quite how to go about organising it. We found Steph through a friend and from the moment we contacted her, she was so enthusiastic and excited for us! We knew we wanted to go to Thailand and gave her a brief outline of what we were hoping for. She wasted no time in getting back to us with some ideas, we connected through FaceTime, which felt very personal, we chatted and gave her some other ideas we had found and together we came up with a plan. She put it all together for us, transfers, internal flights, hotels and even excursions! We went back and forth with her, making little changes here and there and listening to her advice. She was so helpful and accommodating!
Our trip was a wonderful adventure and a total success !!! Thank you Steph! We will be coming back to Hey escapes for our next adventure 🤗

Hey Escapes (Steph) designed a tailor made trip to Columbia and Peru. Steph had personally been to a number of places that we wanted to visit so it was really useful to hear about her experiences first hand and the subsequent advice she was able to give.
Steph provided us with a very detailed itinerary in an impressive neat digital folder, inclusive of all the vouchers etc.
All of the hotels and tours were really good and the partner in S America was particularly helpful.
The trip was fab with no issues whatsoever!

Whilst planning our trip, Steph was accomodating with our differing schedules; She listened to what each party needed and came up with a range of options to suit everyone - even down to making sure we had suitable seats on the flight for travelling with a toddler.

Steph at Hey Escapes took care of all the details for our lovely French holiday, from making sure there was a cot for our baby, to booking us a driver to fetch us from the train upon arrival (very friendly, reliable driver, too!). Steph checked in that things were OK and made it clear we could ring or text her if we needed any info or help. I described the trip I imagined and she made it happen! It was so relaxing having someone oversee the trip and forsee any challenges, and it left me able to focus on the trip itself. I'd use Steph again for a holiday, definitely.
