Poor customer service. I initiated a live chat conversation with a customer service representative within minutes of placing an order. I needed to cancel the order because it would not come on time for an event I was purchasing the shoes for. According to Kayla B., my only option is to refuse delivery (if I am home at the exact moment it is being delivered) or return the item and pay the return shipping costs. I can see if I waited hours to make this request but it was literally minutes. Companies that are unwilling to work with their customers are not ones I would recommend to others.

Hey Dudes are super comfortable but do they ever fall apart fast. My first pair has been worn about 4 months, mostly indoors and both shoes are splitting in multiple places down the sides. Not worth the price.

I ordered a pair of shoes, female size 9… They sent me male size 9, so I sent them back. They only refunded me my purchase price not my shipping price they said that the shipping is nonrefundable to which I replied, I understand, but this was 100% your fault why should I not be refunded my shipping costs when you guys shipped me a completely incorrect pair? I was offered a 15% coupon which they give to anyone and everyone every once in a while and the 15% didn’t even cover the cost of shipping… I will not be ordering another pair.

Can not talk to a human or a live chat have to submit a chat that no one answers. I literally have been waiting 26 days for a pair of shoes. Will never buy online again! The absolute worse customer service ever!

A few things I've has several pairs of hey dudes never ordered a pair online only bought pairs in stores, so for Christmas I bought my granddaughter a pair on black Friday I never received them and when I followed the shipping information it said they were returned for some unknown reason so I waited for a refund and bought a last minute pair at a store.so she would have a package to open on Christmas I never got that refund. You cannot get ahold of customer service by phone only email I have yet to receive a response 6 months later. I tried to contest the charges on my visa and hey dudes won saying they sent and I received them which is incorrect. Be careful when ordering from them. Now on to the quality of the product. I don't wear mine every day or in the winter becauseof snow. I have 2 pairs and the tread is almost non existent for the little time I've worn them both. They've washed up nice but for the price I'll pass next time and purchase a more durable product for the price I pay for them.

The customer service experience was awful. They simply kept repeating the same thing over and over again.
Clearly they didn't care about the issue. Pretty dumb to make sure they never get my business again.

When I was ordering online I had an item in my cart. It promoted free shipping on that item.
When I checked out i applied a coupon code. Then I was charged for shipping.

In my mind if you promote free shipping then remove it then that's shady.
It didn't say my order qualified for free shipping because it went over an amount. It just said free shipping.

If you promote it then you should honor it. Plain and simple.

Don't promote it if you can't honor it.

Now it's $5 so does it really matter? No.

But it left me with a bad taste as a consumer.

I contacted customer service and they just kept repeating orders need to be over $60 to get free shipping.
Again and again and again.

So what's the point in doing business with a company that doesn't care enough to understand the issue? That doesn't see the problem with their promotional approach.

My son gave me a pair of Hey Dude Wally Free Phantom for Christmas. I wore the shoes one time in the house and they didn’t fit correctly. My son contacted Hey Dude and their Customer Service refused any corrective action as it had been over 30 days from purchase. I gave the shoes to my dog to destroy but she wouldn’t touch them. I guess she knew not to chew on a piece of crap. Don’t waste your money on this product!!

I will never order online again! I ordered two pairs of shoes and only received one pair! Both were shipping out at the same time however I did not receive both of them together and have yet two receive the second pair. According to shipping it will be another week until I receive the second pair if they arrive then.

I really like how comfortable they are, and also light weight.
I purchased 2 pair, wear them each fairly frequently.
I took 1 pair out of the wash yesterday and both soles are coming unglued. Like I can fit my hand between the stitched bottom of the slipper part and the rubber sole. These are about 3 to 4 months old, I'm pretty disappointed as they are ruined. I didn't get anywhere near the life not my money out of them.. the other pair seems to be holding up better, but now I'm a bit skeptical.

No stars, no way to get in touch with them about a return, worst customer service ever!

I bought shoes for my Granddaughter. BIG Mistake. SO MUCH SPAM, all from either Heydude.com or returnly.com or narvar.com. ALL with noreply@, so you can't reply and get them to take you off the spamming list!! I had to actually build blacklist filters to stop from getting their junk. I wonder how many others they share your info with. Wish I never dealt with them.

I ordered these Wally toddler canvas shoes for my 3yo boy and received them 4/1/23 and today 4/21 they are destroyed. Poor quality and too expensive to not handle regular preschool. Sadly he only wore them about 5 days to school

Many of you do not recall the HushPuppies brand of loafers from the’60s & ‘70s. Upper was made of suede and outsole was made of a flat bottomed unimpressive jellylike rubber. I think they had to invent a suede brush just to clean this shoe. They were ugggly and had zero support for an insole. Oh yeah, they were comfortable, until you stood up and started walking especially for any distance.
I know .. I know, this is supposed to be a review of Hey Dude shoes.
Well, keep the same exact design, change the suede to a cheap cloth, & the rubber soles to a dangerous (zero grip) EVA.
Et Voila! You now have my opinion (review) of HeyDude shoes.
I too wonder about their popularity, and my only conclusion is that, yet once again
“The Emperor Has No Clothes.”
Tell the masses something long enough and they will start believing it.

If I could, I would have given them minus stars.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from them on the 1rst April 2023 and still (on the 18th of April) have no information and no clear answer.
I received a message 10 days later that the seller had sent the shoes (with a very strange and unprofessional email address). I have been trying since then to track the packet with the shipping number I received but noting – It can’t be tracked anywhere.
I have sent the seller two emails and so far, no answer from him. I have also tried to contact deydude and I am on the 4th message with no reply.
I don't understand what is going on and I am beginning to think that this is a scam.
I will not recommend this site at all and if I don't get anything by May 2023, I will report it to the police.

Ordered shoes through a buy one get one sale. Second shoe did not arrived. Only when I emailed them they told me it was out of stock and refunded me the cheaper amount. I saw the “ out of stock” shoe available on their website. When I emailed them, they said it was out of stock on the day I ordered and would not send me the shoe. This was a ploy to get you to pay full price. Also, noticed that my negative review was taken down.

I love the product when I buy them at a retail store. However ordering I'd absolutely horrible. I hit 3 to 7 day shipping by the time I may see my shoes it will be 2 to 2.5 weeks. This is just not acceptable!!!!! When tracking my order the shoes have not even left California! Get your crap together because I could have just bought from another company and had my product sooner. This makes me not want to buy heydudes any more. I currently have 20 or more pairs and spend quite a bit on shoes each year. Never had issues when ordering from Nike. I will now only be buying from Nike. This is ridiculous!!!!!

I purchased a pair of shoes from their SUPPOSED Canadian site. They accepted my CDN order and then switched it to an American web site. Number 1, They have the wrong PROVINCE on my order confirmation. Then they have the wrong total dollar amount charged to my credit card. That being bad enough, after emailing them three times to try to rectify this prior to shipping, I see a CURRENCY charge from their USA business. They have not responded to any of my messages. I have pictures taken of my order that clearly shows the CORRECT province with the correct dollar amount. Nothing to say anything about currency exchange and this was purchased on a CANADIAN web site. Misleading actions actions with absolutely no customer service.

At 1st I liked my hay dudes Go ahead and wash them they said but they shrank OK maybe my bad Bought a second pair the dudes they had holes all the way through the souls XQs me but Who Wants Wet feat OK they were cheap that's why I bought my 1st pair But honestly they look like something a nurse would wear Van's Adidas even Rebok Are a better choice All I can say is dude....

The shoe'slook is amazing. But after buying several pair from first generation to today all fail after 3 moths daily use. The arch support is a complete loss. Compared to crocs I've worn rugged 2 years. You shoe however elligent stylish the arch support fails. Maybe due to average 6' 220 dad bods but that's a large audience buying your product. At 60 dollars I'd expect it to last a little longer.

I love the shoes! However, in the year 2023 it should not take 2 weeks for delivery. I don't expect Amazon speed shipping, but horse and buggy is a little much. I understand cost savings of shipping, there has to be a happy medium.
