I ordered a pair of Wally’s for my husband on Black Friday. I ordered a size 11 and received a size 10. I tried to exchange them but the site would only let me exchange with a full priced item. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service and haven’t received any response from them. However I do receive several emails to buy more shoes. Very disappointed in this company, if this is how they treat their customers then we will not be purchasing any more of them, and we have several pairs.

Ordered shoes Dec 3rd.Label created with DHL. It’s now the 16th and they haven’t moved. No response from customer service but boy they send a ton of emails trying to get you to order. I have since ordered elsewhere and just want a refund. No phone number and my emails have been ignored. They should stop taking orders they cannot fulfill

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. I placed an order for sneakers and got shipping emails in a timely manner. However, what I received is not what I ordered (wrong size, wrong style—they are slipper, wrong everything.) I have tried all avenues to get a response from Customer Service to no avail. I purchased via PayPal and opened a case against them only to be told by PayPal to “work it out with the vendor”. How does one do that when the vendor does NOT RESPOND? I will be escalating this with PayPal shortly if there is continued silence on the part of Hey Dude.

Edit:(12/14) a week later we have received the shoes. Still no contact from customer care, not one person contacted us to let us know what if anything was being done....
Very sad.....
Their website says customer care is their #1 priority.. TOTAL BS
Ordered 3 pr of shoes and for some reason they shipped 2 in 1 package and 1 separately with the same tracking #. So 2 were delivered over a week ago 1 was not and NO one is replying to emails, chats or FB message. The only options they give for contacting them. Only a generic message saying "sorry we didn't get back sooner". But nothing about order or missing item or refund.. Nothing...

How can a multi million $ company have such terrible customer service??

Ordered a size 10 shoe. Received a size 8 shoe. Ordered via PayPal. Unable to locate an order number through PayPal. No order number in junk mail or inbox. I have sent SEVERAL emails without a reply. I also sent photos of the shipping label. I just want to exchange the shoes!

Terrible customer service. I had a problem with an order and they are finally responding 13 days later (today). I contacted their customer service multiple times only to receive a canned email saying they are too busy to help. The shoes are already on the way back to them but I doubt if I will get my refund on a timely basis if at all. Their service sucks!

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes. Three as Christmas Gifts and 2 for myself. Mine did not fit. I attempted to contact the company 3 times and they never responded. They said they are unreturnable!!!!

They never said that when I purchased the shoes.

My new shoes insole liner is dissolving and sticking to my feet. I have to scrape this crap off the bottom of my feet like every hour. Who makes crap like this?

I would love to leave no star customer service is no where to be found they cancelled my entire order after a week. I have been trying to reach them over and over nothing worst place to order anything online.

I received the wrong size on one of the pair of shoes I ordered. The same day that I received them, I tried to use online return and they are marked as "not returnable". I sent an email to customer service. No reply. I have started several chat sessions and finally after about 3 hours of waiting, a service agent responded. The agent was very pleasant and took care of my return in less than a minute. I would give her 5+ stars for service. Too bad you have to wait 3 hours to connect.

Hopeless online ordering system, gave up in the end.
After reading the reviews I’m glad I didn’t bother.

Items never arrived, customer service respond with generic emails, rather than answer questions, never again use heydude , just throw your money away :(

Shipping is horrible. Takes weeks to receive. They use DHL for shipping rather than UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Said shipping label made Friday, almost a week after ordering. Then the DHL pickup was 4 days later. Obviously no sense of urgency for customer. Will not do this again!!

I got the Wendy Fringe size 8 Rose Gold- cute shoes however my heal pops out but my toe touches the end. I went to return them and because they are on "sale" its a non-refundable/ non returnable. Nowhere on the website does it say FINAL sale and no where does it say non-returnable. AND when i went to put the review it keeps disappearing.

I recently bought a pair of blue Hey Dude Shoes. They are extremely comfy, but they have been falling apart. The material feels fairly cheap, and they can get a little sore after a while. Overall, the shoe design looks nice and goes with a few of my outfits, but I'm not sure I would buy again.

Sandals broke in 5 weeks. Extremely comfortable but they won’t last

I absolutely LOVE Hey Dude shoes!!! They are extremely comfortable and very stylish! I am a teacher and am on my feet all day, so I really am thankful for this shoe option Also, the customer service is TOP NOTCH! I purchased the wrong size of shoe for my boyfriend. Hey Dudes made the exchange painless. I highly recommend this shoe!

The experience was a delight. The exchange process was very easy and service was amazing.

I have a pair of shoes, I got as a gift, one year later, they fell apart, the sole are worn out, I can’t wear them, they SUCK, I think it is that your. company doesn’t have a phone number that works, lousy crap, will NEVER BUY ANY OF THOSE ITEMS AGAIN. THANKS FOR NOTHING.

I recently ordered a pair of hey dudes.they came to me with one of the shoelaces cut.hey dudes do not use regular shoelaces.i contacted the company.they had no shoelaces in stock.so to resolve my issue they are sending me another pair of shoes.i did not ask for this.i think it is wonderful that hey dude did this.great company.great shoes
