I have done 2 offers and the first one they didnt credit me and they never reply and then the 2nd offer I was in the middle of doing and it just dissapeared when i was right 4 levels away from the goal

Enjoyed my first few offers until…
Enjoyed my first few offers until recently when two offers didn’t track despite my following the instructions to a tee. Having spent money on these offers and being told they didn’t track and there was nothing they could do is unacceptable. It’s their system, I followed their rules - they could honour it but clearly don’t care. Scam. Play if you want but don’t trust them and spend no money unless you’re willing to not get it back. Other similar apps have been much more upfront and honest and helpful.
Update: have reached out by email as requested; will update with outcome when I hear back.
Update 2: no reply. Disappointing to see that they reply to bad reviews then fail to address the follow up they suggested, but alas. Proceed with caution

Systematic tracking failures on paid deposit offers & refusal to honor manual proof
Do not complete paid casino or deposit offers on HeyCash. I have been dealing with systematic tracking failures across their app for over six months (since February 2026). Every single paid deposit task I attempted—BetObet, PlayOda, Spinjo, Ice Casino, and 5Bet—failed to track automatically.
Even when you supply complete, irrefutable proof (Interac bank transfer receipts, verified account profile screens, and complete casino wager logs proving the required playthrough was finished), support runs you in circles. Their in-app help form constantly crashes with errors, forcing you to use email. From there, reps run you through days of canned delay templates asking for the same details repeatedly. In the end, they send a scripted macro claiming their "offer partner didn't track it" and refuse manual credit.
They collect the affiliate referral revenue from your real-money deposits while leaving you completely out of pocket. Customer support operates purely on robotic evasion macros and refuses to honor verified manual proof.

They made a good first impression and…
They made a good first impression and seemed to be the most professional of them all, but when I made a withdrawal – using the option where they issue me with a virtual Visa card for the relevant amount – I was very disappointed.
They issued a ‘Tremendous Reward’ card which isn’t accepted by a single bank, a single crypto wallet, or any gambling site.
I can’t do anything with this card, and the time spent trying to earn a few pence was a complete waste; I’ll be blocking this site in future and advise others to avoid it too.
The support team is a joke too, and they were of no help whatsoever.
These ‘make money’ sites are, by all accounts, nothing but a scam, and this bunch of charlatans are leading the way.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After earning approximately $150 all my pending rewards were cancelled and I was essentially banned. I reached out to support on Reddit and was banned/ignored. I then reached out via email and no response 36 hours later. I’ve earned $5,000 from Freecash with 0 issues.
