Don’t waste your time on this scam app
I spent 17 minutes on a survey in this app only to end up back on the home page with no reward. Contacted the app support about this. They just said “sorry, this happens, nothing we can do” while they could easily fix the error and reward me with the points I had earned, they simply chose not to. Seems like a scam app to me, I don’t recommend wasting time on it.
Edit: Spending 17 minutes to fully complete a survey and then randomly being redirected to your client's home page instead of being awarded is not a screen-out. Screen-outs happen in the beginning of surveys, and even then people are rewarded with a small sum. It's also extremely unprofessional to blame my system or missing updates for your problems. I have automatic app updates turned on, so that was not the case. All I expect is owning up to your mistakes and making up for them. It was clearly an error with the survey, which I completed, meaning both your client and you received money off of it, yet you bluntly refused to reward me for the time and attention spent completing the survey.

I have had good offers that supposedly didn't track but it kept tracking the cashback on in app purchases made after the so called 'no tracking incident".... Don't waste any time. I've been using this site for over a year. It's been great until recently. I've had more than one issue with getting paid because they say that the offer didn't track properly. It's funny that it only does this when Im owed a larger amount. Don't trust them or waste your time with support because they won't help you. They blame you and then won't pay. Gatekeepers, placaters, bulls***ers
They've been gatekeeping $60 that I made fair and square for more than four months now. They've chalked it up to a "technical issue" that has been "escalated" to a "dedicated team" that has been "working diligently" on a solution tirelessly for these four months. Whenever I send an email to their support I get the same regurgitated robotic response in return: that the team is working on it and I will be updated as soon as progress has been made. I know by this point their just feeding me BS in the hopes that I will just forget about it and give up. this company doesn't care about its users (or their BBB rating, which is an F for 78 unanswered complaints). Before this incident everything was great, so I'm wondering why it is that they are choosing to humiliate themselves and disappoint a loyal customer for a mere $60?

Absolutely Abysmal
App/website won't let me cash out, no reply from support. I take my issue to their Reddit forum and I do get a reply indicating a few things for me to try that I have already tried. I let them know, they ban me from the forum. They have effectively stolen my money as I have no way to redeem it and spent hours playing games to earn it. A search of the Reddit forum will show many people having the same issues. Avoid at all costs.

Only new users can get paid
I like that u get paid for tasks completed. I don’t like completing tasks just to get chump change. My ideas is to start tasks with the minimum payout of $1.00. The first task completed should give, at the least, $1.00 payout. The payout should, gradually, continue to rise as u complete remaining tasks. There should also be a grand payout after u complete all tasks. I find it hard to complete all tasks. I always run out of time. It’d be nice to have a little more time to complete all tasks. Or even a shorter list of tasks, to complete, might be helpful. I will continue to use this app to earn some money. I just need a better, bigger, selection of games to choose. Only New Users can get paid for completing tasks. I’d like this app more, if I could get paid to play games, even if I’m not a new user. Hopefully, this review is helpful, to improve this app. Maybe, after some improvement, I can give a better rating & review.
