Bad company!! My savings would have been gone if not for the expert recommended by my mom they helped me in retrieving my refund total $30,000 that I invested. Stay vigilant

Scam, disappeared! Had money invested and this weekend the website disappeared and there has been zero communication from the company. I’ve tweeted at them with no reply. Seems they’ve shut down and stolen everyone’s money. Thieves and criminals!!!!!

What is happening to Hexminer? Today I woke up and the website and app is not working. Did they close and take my money? The site is down and no email or communication from the company. Very unprofessional

Hexminer is a biggest scam of the century. I have complained to Office of Fair Trading. They lure people into making small profits and just as you grow your portfolio, they steal all your money by tricks like changing conditions on certain contracts. Do not invest with them and this site should be shut down and owners should be sent to jail.

I woke up today and tried to buy contracts as usual but sadly hexminer website and mobile app are no longer functioning🧐

I put in money to mine but now can not log in or get any support. It says my account is locked. I have tried the chat and the customer service email but no one is replying. I guess I will never see that money again.

I don't know if this platform a legit or not... Since my deposit last week, till today, the status still pending for verification.
I chat with them, it's a single tick, means wither they are offline, or I'm being block by them
I try to reach the help center, the status remain pending for section by them.
So my deposit still floating I am outer space.
Be cautious when investing.

Company is a fraud, they took my deposit and dont respond to emails or chat, COMPLETELY A SCAM. Dont trust this company

After sending the support a message: the support icon is gone
when they write back the first time (only to bring you to invest again and more and more) only lies that it is your faul and you have to pay 1.000$ again to "recalibrate" the contract, if you take longer than one week they are treating high fininacal punishment and never ever answear back, you can create a ticket for problem solving, they never answear back.
After 20days nothing happened.
If somebody is able to bring HEXMINER.com down, has my fully blessing. PEACE&LOVE FROM GERMANY

What a scam of an enterprise. They have no problem taking your money, but when it comes time to withdraw, nope. Customer service is a joke, and if you bother them too much they lock you out of your account so you can't retrieve your money, and there is no way to dispute this. Thankfully I didn't invest a crazy amount, but as a warning, don't invest a penny, you won't be able to pull it back. They are nothing but thieves, and I'm sure their response to this review will claim I violated some BS rule that they just made up just so they could steal my money. I have just reported them to actionfraud.police.uk, we will see what happens

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Please do not give any money to this website. I tested with $100 first and purchased the Newbie contract. They allowed me to withdraw the money the next day. That was the bait. I then deposited $8000 worth of Ethereum and purchased a contract that required 4 to be purchased to receive the bonus. When I pushed to confirm the purchase at $7200, the correct price for 4, the "system" purchased 7 contracts and my account went into the negative, because obviously I did not have the money. I contacted customer service and basically got blamed, with the costumer service rep stating that maybe "I" did not pay attention to how many I was buying, but if my account was not made right they would not return the money and would liquidate the assets, since it is a contract. They claimed they could not just reset the contract to 4 and make the account right internally. I was told all I need to do was deposit enough to clear the negative balance and the account would return to normal and the contract would run normally. With no choice, I was then deposited another $4900 of Ethereum to clear the negative balance. I was then told that I needed to purchase 7 more contracts so the system would "re-sync" the account and all the contracts would run normally. Purchasing 7 more meant depositing more money. It was a never ending hole and that is where I stopped. Please, I am begging you, do not even go on the site. It looks enticing, but it is a SCAM 100%. I felt like the most idiotic person in the world for a week! I do not wish for anyone else to feel that way. STAY AWAY! They are gong to answer this post to make it look like my fault, which is another one of their tactics. Their follow up will be something like, "We told you that all you needed to do was purchase the contracts again and your account would be returned to normal. We have been in business since 2020 and follow all guideline of... blah blah blah. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY PERIOD, OR YOU WILL QUESTION EVERY DECISION YOU HAVE MADE FOR THE LAST YEAR!

The ease of effortless gains and smooth service while making it seamless to take out your profits at the firm in my photo profile is really commendable, making it easy to grow wealth effortlessly. This is all i have ever wanted not what this firm mining rates seems appealing but in reality, the process drags and the set targets are unrealistic.

Scam, scam, scam!!! Nothing but a scam… deposited 100$ to start using their platform.. had “problems” after 1st day when trying to restart their 100$ plan… they simply deleted my support case.. no responce… tried again same result.. then went to withdraw.. rejected.. tried to withdraw on another network,. Couldn’t even see my withdrawal attempt! Support keeps deleting my inquiries .. just a f…ing SCAM !!!

Hexminer started out with a very positive feeling. Customer Service was responsive but very short, rude, and wanted another 1000. After purchasing single $500.00 contracts and making withdrawals without issue my account was put into a negative balance as I was told the purchase required I purchase a minimum of 2. I settled up the account to purchase the $500.00 contracts. Customer sevice send me the link for the original contract I proceed to purchase the 2 and to my surprise the order is processed to purchase 1. But the contract clearly stated that it was for 2. Customer service says settle up again or wait for the contract to close. Contract didn't close and Customer service says I have to add more to purchase the original. I told them I will not because I did it correctly, it is their system that is faulty. Tried to withdraw what was left and it will not let me.
Today I am told to deposit more funds to restart up the contracts.
At this point I am not confident with the platform and will not deposit more funds.
I have all the screen shots available, and unless this is cleared up I am not removing this review, I have contacted a Scam agency to recover my funds. Also reporting this site to multiple agencies.

Hexminer is a complete scam. Do not use them. Made a deposit and chose a plan only to have it sitting in processing. Used the online chat and was then told there was an error and all I had to do was place another order and this would activate the plans. The plans are still not active and i cannot withdraw the remaining funds. Their chat response is to keep putting more money into the account and activating more plans. No way this is legit and a complete scam and fraudsters.
