National Security Experts?
I interviewed for a job to help them get accreditation for their latest software-based VPN concentrator solution sold to UK government departments but which had not already gone through any of the normal UK government accreditation or evaluation which is normal for a device of this nature.
Despite having all the necessary direct experience in networking, security, Linux, previous security clearance, software engineering and working on high grade evaluated cryptographic devices, a higher level than they required, they turned me down.
I suspect egos got in the way because I had to correct the interviewers on some of their interview questions.
I have sent a UK GDPR Subject Access Request to see what the real reasons were from their written evidence. Let's see if they abide by UK laws. I will update here.
