SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I’ve been waiting for my order since 6-October. Getting same lies as everyone else from Nicole. She told me that all the negative comments were from BOTS set up by their competitors!! Absolute joke - won’t refund me, can’t deliver, full of rubbish. Do not order from them!!

Scam! I ordered two nebula bulbs from hex collection at 25th November and hasn’t still received anything! 3-7 days delivery was what they promised when I ordered. Every time I contact Nicole at Hex Collection it’s the same answer: We can guarantee you that your goods is on it’s way and will arrive shortly. But still no goods and I guess that it never will be!
This is a Scam company!!

Very fast replies on social media & emails. Although the product took some time to arrive, I was updated at every stage.

Would recommend Hex Collections to everyone.

WARNING! I orderd and payed nov 14, recived an email with shipment number on nov 25; "3-7 days delivery". Today, 22 dec. one month later the product has not reached me! I think this parcel will never find its way to me. They 48.58 GBP is probably lost for nothing... And my kids will never see that unicorn mug.

Great products and offers, customer service was very helpful and kept me updated. Thank you hexcollection team, these were amazing birthday presents!

Scam, do not use. Map never arrived, and also noticed strange account activity on my bank card. Don't use

Loving my map!
Although i live in Argentina and we do have some restrictions in the delivery of goods with international origin, it arrived as it was expected.
The quality of the product is really good in comparison of those of other companies, so i totally recommend u the purchase.

SCAM
I did not receive my map. Nicole assured my delivery and this several times. She told me that they will send it via express. I really complained and Nicole assured another time that my order will arrive the next day. After nearly two months still no order!

I placed an order for the Hex Travellers Map for a gift. Being an international order it did take a little longer than I would have hoped but I know now that I just need to order earlier when I have a preferred arrival date. Customer support were very helpful with tracking my order and giving me an update on it’s progress. I am very happy with the quality and would definitely order again.

Good product received in good condition. Shipping was a little slow but they communicated well along the way. Thanks guys!

Funnily enough i didnt have a long wait with my ordered it arrived in 4 days (USA)

SCAM.

Same situation as every other customer. Ordered on Nov 7th, Nicole assures me it will arrive shortly every time I chase up.

I have just emailed Juliet and expect a full refund or a DHL package within 48 hours.

Or else I will take action.

I did receive my Scratch Hex traveller map, in perfect order, it only took some time. I think they are a bit overwhelmed by the success and logistics can't keep up, but they do deliver, and at these prices, stil a great deal. Highly recommended!

Like everyone else, I ordered October 31 and still haven't received my map on Dec 22. I've been emailing with Nicole who told me for a month and a half it was on its way, then they sent me a new map which I would get by Christmas but now that too is "caught in customs" and so can't even provide a tracking number.

I've also emailed Juliet who I see responding to these reviews and haven't heard from her either.

DO NOT BUY!! SCAM.

Scammers. Don't bother purchasing there (check the website - no registration number, no office address...), and you can get most of these items in other online shops that have far more credibility. Eventually I bought the same traveller scratch map on Amazon and got it delivered next day, for cheaper too.

I purchased with 3-5 days delivery promise 2 weeks ago and still no tracking available and getting copy/paste email responses from "Nicole". Looking at the other reviews I'm just waiting for "grace period"of 15 working days to pass for my bank to be able start their investigation into this online fraud and also to refund me the money. I already requested Instagram to stop their fraudulent advertising and will be reporting them to Action Fraud for police investigation seeing it's affecting a large number of online buyers.

Took some time to reach me (Malaysia) but the product quality is impressive.

amazing company, my products were delivering on time and very good quality products. It's not the first i have used hex, i am a regular and we have never had any issues or problems with the shipping or with the products.

Ordered and never received my order. Am reporting them.

Ordered a map on 9th of November 2017. Never got it. They claim it is stuck in customs, because it is completely sealed?? What packages are not sealed?
I habe tried to get the tracking number, but they just say that they "checked it for me". And after reading these comments, I realized that there is no way for them to have known that the package is stuck in customs..
Now they say they will send DHL if I contact them. Did not respond to my email..
