Réparation directe. Attentif et performant.

The purchase and delivery of my phone was quick and easy. Unfortunately the phone failed after approximately 3 months and had to be repaired. (they should perhaps review their quality control procedures). I found the company difficult to contact, both their email and facebook page referred me to a phone line from which I did not get an answer. (The firm should perhaps review its communications policy) Leaving a review on trustpilot elicited a response from the company. I provided details of the purchase. The company response was a solicitors letter alleging I was defaming the company and that they intended to take me to court. In the course of my dealings with Hexamobile they have been offered an opportunity to examine the faulty parts, they did not accept that opportunity. They initially agreed to pay for repairs but when provided with a receipt from the company that repaired the phone accused me of fraud on the grounds the receipt was a duplicate. (The company should review its policy on customer relations). This review is posted to provide feedback to Hexamobile in compliance with the terms and conditions of Trustpilot
