Really bad product and terrible customer service

STAY AWAY!!
I bought a laser hair removal machine and it didn't work at all. I wrote to their customer service, which takes a VERY long time to respond. They promised to refund my money but here after several months I still haven't received my money. I have written to them many times and they promise to send my money back. Really bad customer service and I just want my money back NOW, as they have promised me several times In several months! I am incredibly disappointed with this lack of customer service!
