I Love the Henson groom

I Love the Henson groom! I bought it as a gift for my nephew’s dog who hated to have his nails trimmed. With your groom, he loves it. He does not mind nail trimming at all. I highly recommend your groom to others!

Do NOT waste your money please

Do NOT waste your money please! These reviews are likely, mostly fake. This thing can't grind through anything. It's quiet because it has absolutely no power. Will not even make a scratch in my small dogs nail.

For many pet owners, this slower and more controlled grooming experience is exactly what helps their pets remain calm and comfortable. However, we also understand that some customers may prefer a more aggressive grinding speed or may have different expectations depending on their dog’s nail thickness and grooming needs.

I think this product would work well for a dog.. Both my cats are sensitive to noise, and the product is not quiet enough.

I feel my exceptional experience is…

I feel my exceptional experience is representative of how every Heusom customer is treated. The staff possess an abundance of KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities), making me wish I could interact with them regularly (which of course isn't realistic). I'd inadvertently left a duplicate order behind when paying for the Cat Nail Trimmer and their automated system highlighted it via email to me. I couldn't find the icon for the cart to remove it and staff (Daisy, Lady Dane, Krisha, and Doreen) through the course of four back and forth emails stepped up to help, interacting with precision like a highly trained problem-solving team.

Thank you ladies. I can only imagine the volume of customers you serve on a daily basis, each one asking a familiar (repetitive) question for you (but we each feel it is unique) and your attitude stays positive and helpful. As products come and go, great customer service is the only thing separating one vendor from another. Keep up the excellent work.
