Never was treated worse in any placed than here. The attitude employee throw when corrected that it was a meal orderd not a single item was terrible and distressing, claimed i didn’t asked for complex and was meant to say that before, even tho I did!. The manager tried to make her apologise and even then she did it whilst raising her eyebrow.

Upon arriving at your restaurant, I intended to use a pear lemonade coupon. However, the employee informed me that you no longer had lemonade with that syrup. I asked what alternatives could be offered since I had already waited for 10 minutes. I was surprised by the response: I was told that everything else on the menu would be at regular price without the coupon. I then asked if you could consider the situation and offer a drink with a different syrup, but this request was also refused.
I asked to speak with the manager to discuss the issue. The employee introduced himself as the shift manager and advised me to write a complaint via email. Finally, in a completely unacceptable tone, I was told to "get out of here," which is both disrespectful and unprofessional
