Amazing company and staff!!!

This company is beyond generous and supportive! I reached out to them to see if they had any off cuts or end of rolls that might be going in the bin. I teach in a local school and wanted to do a project with the children. They responded so quickly and put together 2 huge boxes for us to have! Very welcoming, friendly and kind. A very big thank you!!!

Absolutely disgraceful company

Absolutely disgraceful company.

They came out to give us a quote which we chose not to go ahead with.

They then rang our offices, demanding over a £1000 for our signage without even checking who in the office they were speaking to! When the young lady told the gentleman the Director who deals with this was away and not back until the following week he threatened her by saying if it’s not paid by tomorrow then he would get debt collectors round!

So, in short, they were trying to charge us for work that had never been carried out! When I emailed them about their threatening behaviour and demands for monies that they were trying to extract from us by intimidation despite having never done any work for us they ignored my email.

Is this legal? I think Trading Standards need to hear about this.

Advice: Stay clear of this company. They may be polite when you are getting a quote, but they certainly showed their true colours when we did not use them!
