Subscription CS good, quality subpar

I really wanted to love this company because I L O V E shiny clothes, but I was sorely disappointed with the sizing and quality. Customer service was excellent, but I was registered with a “subscription” which I believe gave better treatment.

Order number 1:
Y bra in Scarlet, size M
Marvel legging in Scarlet, size M
Subscription set, size M
> Hera bra
> legging, both light purple
Marvel one piece swimsuit, purple, size M

I ordered size Mediums because the website sizing chart put so much emphasis on athletic items having “stretch”. Unfortunately these clothes are made for women with straight sizing, which I do not have. For reference I am a 37” bust, 30” waist, and 42” hip, with a 25” thigh. Technically curvy and I should know better, but again, I love shiny clothes.

I exchanged this initial order almost in its entirety, keeping only the swimsuit as it fit me mostly correctly. Not entirely a snug fit, mind you, but as a curvy girl I kind of expect things to be a *little* ill-fitting. Staff was kind to swap out the sizing and the style, as I did not want a Hera bra—I barely wanted the Y bra but orange is my favorite color.

Unfortunately, the replacement set also disappointed me.

Order 2:
MUSE bra in Rose Gold, size L
Marvel legging size L x2 (scarlet, rose gold)
Y bra in Scarlet, size L

I loved almost all of it, but the MUSE bra I received had a factory defect, as one of the straps arrived with stitches popped and a strap sewn down twisted, so it’s impossible to get a smooth fit. I also found the straps a bit long compared to the capacity of the bra—I think sizing up in a bra gives very little extra fabric and much more strap. While sizing the strap, the fabric makes a distinct snap/crackle/pop sound which I can only guess means more popped stitches in the future.

Order 3:
Replacement MUSE bra in Rose Gold, size L

Much to my dismay, the replacement item had the *same exact defect*. Upon seeing this and such a blatant example of a lack of quality control, I decided to give up on the brand.

I like the items I received, but for the sizing inconsistencies and quality control problems, I wish I had paid a lot less. They never made me pay for shipping again though, like I said, my experience with customer service was good, but the items did not meet expectations.

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with Heroine Sport’s return and sizing policies.
Last Christmas, I ordered a pair of leggings in size Large, and they arrived in great condition and fit my wife perfectly. Based on that experience, I ordered a different style of leggings in size Large for Valentine’s Day.
Because of the company’s short return window, I had my wife try them on early to make sure they fit. Unfortunately, they did not fit well at all. Around the same time, my wife had also ordered a pair of faux leather pants from Heroine Sport in size Large. Those were also too small, so she exchanged them for an XL. When the XL arrived, they were not noticeably larger in fit, but were dramatically longer — to the point where they would only work for someone much taller.
We returned both items together and requested refunds.
Customer service informed us that both items were considered “on sale,” and therefore were not eligible for refunds under any circumstances — only store credit. This was not something we were fully aware of at the time of purchase.
As a result, we paid shipping costs twice (to receive the items and to return them), and are now left with store credit rather than a refund for items that did not fit despite ordering the same size that had previously worked.
Inconsistent sizing between styles and a strict no-refund policy on sale items made this a very disappointing experience.

Dishonest refund policy

Really bad sizing and horribly overpriced clothes - they do not adhere to the refund policy published on their website (likely because 99% of customers try to return once they realize what they paid for). Avoid this brand!!

Horrible company

Horrible company, I purchased some items which didn’t suit me so I tried to start a return the same day the items arrived. I tried emailing them but no response. I tried contacting them through Instagram and they said that they will see if the company accepts my return but never heard back.
I ended up contacting my cc to see if they can help.
This company is a ripoff, see Reddit.
