Avoid folks.
I purchased an Iron Man mask on behalf of my son whom had saved all summer for it.
Once ordered, nothing... for ages. I had to chase and chase via email. Barely any responses. I was convinced that I had been fleeced. More chasing, no answers. Eventually it turned up - Broken. I have been battling ever since (2/3 months now) for a refund or replacement. Nothing!

Absolulty disgraceful !!! I have paid £10 for priority delivery as stated on their website would take 1-2days .
I have contacted the seller and had no reply very disappointed as I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew they couldn’t deliver this was needed for my daughter birthday .
I don’t know how people get away with such poor service and blatant lies on their website.

I ordered a Spider-Man mask on 27 October 2025.
It still hasn’t arrived. I have received emails in tracking saying there is no order information and it has now been sent back to the sender, yet my address is clearly visible for me to see in the order information.
I have tried to contact them and haven’t received any reply.
I wanted the mask for my son for Christmas. I have no mask and I am £80 out of pocket as I haven’t received a refund either.
Very unhappy with the this company!

Brought an item from there was given wrong information. So items end up being not what I wanted found this out before receiving reached out to them. Telling them they said, no problem. We're sending a return label once you receive it. Just contact us have been contacting them for over a week now with no reply. Whatsoever, it's like they don't want to give me the return label to return the item. Very bad experience.

Received a faulty helmet and reported it within 30 days, with video proof. HeroHaven refused to help, citing a “3-day” rule that violates UK consumer law. After several follow-ups, they stopped replying. Unprofessional and not to be trusted.

I ordered a costume for halloween, placed order on 16/10 was told it would be delivered between 27/10 - 29/10 which is why I placed the order! As I needed it by 30/10. However the item did not arrive until 5:30PM on 31/10 the day after I needed it. IF THE COMPANY HAD STATED DELIVERY WOULD TAKE OVER 2 WEEKS I WOULD NOT HAVE PLACED THE ORDER. Communication is also poor as I emailed on 28/10 for an update but had no response or reply. The company they use for delivery Relay, has the most basic tracking information with minimal updates. Altogether my expereince has been disappointing and while this is mainly due to shipping and communication it means I will not be purchasing from here again

Ordered a costume 2 weeks ago ready for a Halloween party, still not arrived.. yesterday I contacted them to be told if I reorder then could do me next day delivery for £10.., I asked if they could offer this service why is my original order not here… absolute scam… I have a very disappointed son
They Said once item arrives I could contact them for a full refund.. item arrived after 4 weeks… contacted them and they are now ignoring me.. how are these companies still able to scam and rip people off?

Ordered a Spider-Man costume with 2-4 days delivery and it arrived on time.
Costume was perfect and exactly as shown on the website.
Happy with my purchase.

disgusting company and customer service, delivery took 4 weeks not the 5-10 days stated, the mask turned up broken and they agreed to take back but didnt state the cut off date for that now they have no interest in helping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

if i could give a - rating then i would, this company have no contact number, they might have an email but they sure do not respond, i placed an order along with paying extra for faster shipping, the timeframe has left so i just kept waiting and nothing has shown up, i’ve tried to contact them a numerous amount of times but they proceed to ignore. please save your time and avoid at all costs.

I ordered 2 Ironman helmets a few week ago and only 1 came , when I contacted Hero Haven they where quick to get back to me and tell me what the problem was and sorted it out

Awful service, delivery took 2 weeks. when the costume arrived it wasn’t even the one I ordered, not only that but the size were also wrong.
No reply to emails! Avoid at all costs!!!

I ordered a Spiderman costume as a birthday surprise for my son. The website clearly stated 2–8 business days for delivery, yet it’s now well beyond that timeframe and the parcel has still not even left its origin country – something that was never disclosed at the time of purchase.

The communication from this company is shocking. No contact number, very slow to respond to emails, and when they do reply the responses are dismissive and unhelpful. They do not operate with any sense of customer care or urgency, even when you make it clear that the order is time-sensitive.

As other reviewers have said, this company is unreliable and misleading. They make promises they cannot keep, leaving customers disappointed and out of pocket.

Stay clear of HeroHaven! Do not waste your money here – look elsewhere if you want reliable service and a company that actually values its customers.

​This is an absolute joke of a company. I placed an order with Hero Haven, and they were very quick to take my money. The web shotter arrived promptly, but unfortunately, it was faulty right out of the box.
​I immediately contacted their customer support via email, as per their website's instructions for faulty items. I have now sent multiple follow-up emails over the last 2 weeks, and I have received absolutely no response. It's clear that once they have your money, they simply don't care about their customers or providing a resolution for defective products.
​This is extremely poor service and effectively an online scam. They delivered a product that doesn't work and are now ignoring all attempts at communication for a refund or replacement. DO NOT BUY FROM HERO HAVEN! Save your money and buy your collectibles from a reputable retailer who actually honours their customer service and returns policy.

Items are not dispatched from the UK despite them saying 2-4 days for delivery expect it to be closer to 2-4 weeks.

Item arrived damaged and poorly packaged contacted them straight away and was told that I returns label would be sent to me shortly.

Numerous emails later still no returns label and no communication from the company, having to raise a dispute with my card company to get a refund

I did finally get a response from this scammer, they tried to say they sent me a returns label but they clearly hadn't then then created an returns label that day, once this review was published they cancelled they return and then tried to threaten me.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Look at all the other reviews I am not the only one, I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Ordered a Spider-Man mask for my grandson which did not work returned item for a replacement and now totally ignoring me I email every other day but nothing……..what a scam they should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible customer service. First package, didn’t arrive. Second one came but was too small (sized wrong). Tried to get an exchange, and sent numerous messages that were ignored.
Now it’s too late for the event, and have a very disappointed boy.

I was extremely happy when it finally arrived, but waiting for it made me really nervous. I just wanted to let other buyers know that if they spend a lot of money from here, they’ll get their product eventually. I’m comfortable buying from here again knowing about the long delivery time.

Poor communication, didn’t respond to telephone calls or emails. Delivery took 3 weeks instead of the 2-4 days promised. Poorly packaged, only can it a plastic bag which lead to box being squashed in transit. Will never buy from this company again!

I bought the Spider-Man mask with moving eyes that they sell as a bundle with a suit, when they got here they did not match and I tried to return the mask, they then decided that I had to pay for the return and the restocking fee so I would only get half only the money I paid for it back, don’t order from this company they are an absolute joke
