I purchased from Herobility since my grandson liked their bottles. Buyers outside of the Europe be aware that the customer will be charged for the shipping costs to another country. I live in the USA, I paid $14.00 is shipping to Herobility, my.order was shipped via FedEx, I received my order, then a few weeks later FedEx sent me an invoice for over $25.00. I contacted Herobility thinking it was an error and they stated the customer is responsible. I suggest that Herobility makes it very clear to customers that they are responsible for additional shipping charges. I will no longer be purchasing from Herobility.

Bottle's lid cracked a few weeks down the road.
After-sale service did not help, asking for evidence, then again, then sale ticket, and so on... Not willing to help.
Glass bottle is ok, grip not dishwasher resistant (slides after 2 machines). Lid not very solid...

Herobility bottles have helped my kid not get gas when eating. Other brands didn't work so well.

Unfortunately we haven't even had the chance to use their products yet as we haven't received what we ordered. Their customer service has been nothing but unhelpful and even rude at times. We have given up even trying to have them make this right and will definitely not be purchasing anything more from them. This is an absolutely terrible company with no regard whatsoever for its customers. Give them half a chance and they will rip you off.

it's not me who is super satisfied with the bottles and the dummies but my daughter. after trying the bottle for the first time she refused to have any other bottle if not herobility's. Later on we tried the dummies and bitrings and still no disappointment there. We really like the ergonomy of the teat and the overall quality. I recommend them with all my heart. PS funky colors also do a good job with the baby :)

We ordered a few baby bottles from the company. The package hasn't arrived yet. When we called them about it, all they could say was the we should check it ourselves with the shipping company FedEx, which we did before and contacted Herobility for help precisely because we haven't had luck chasing FedEx about the package. So they've conveniently washed their hands off the responsibility to ensure that the product is delivered to their customer.
