Please DO NOT PURCHASE in this site

Please DO NOT PURCHASE in this site. They take the whole time in the world to delivery the order, when you try to cancel it because there were no updates in the last 2 weeks, they reply the order is in it way, so no refund. I did not even try the product, but at this point there is no interest in it, just refund. Horrible customer service, they laugh in your face with polite responses that mean absolutely nothing. Less than 1 star… for sure

Do not buy from Hermiza

Do not buy from Hermiza. When I tried to return within the 30-day window, they refused a return label and demanded I ship to a warehouse in China at my own cost — nearly the price of the product. Their alternative? A 20% refund to keep something I didn’t want. A classic dropshipping trap to avoid refunds. Misleading and a waste of money.
