Nightmare, dont even dare to work with them! They never answer, trying to automate their systems for years with an excuse of "we want to automate it so we can remain cheap" while it takes them ages to ship, and dont get me started with their so-called software. They built some c-class software with AI where all communication takes place and YOU NEED TO PAY FOR IT! Yes, you need to pay in order to ask your 3PL a question 😅😅😅 and if you want return label? You need to upgrade your subscription with them as this feature is not inclided in basic tier. INSANE! Oh, and bottom line? After storage, inbound, pick & pack, etc, they are not even cheap (and far from the $1 per package they try to sell you).
It takes them over a week to ship a package. We had cargos that tracking shows delivery and inbound would take over 3 weeks! 3 weeks to sort less than 200 pcs of certain SKU
We run Ecommerce for 20 years and moved to them after our 3PL closed. Worst decision ever, they almost made us go out of business.
If you havent signed with them yet, you need to run away as far as you can
