I don't know what's happened with this company lately! It's not the courier they're fine.
It's the company itself.
I purchased two purses on 28th Jan,
two different companies,one using Royal mail, the other Hermes! The purse from R M. Arrived as it should, next day but one ,and its here!
Well done RM!
The one with Herems first of all a couple days they're waiting for it,then it arrived at the depot! "We got it", then it went back to not recognising the number, then again "it's on its way" still didn't turn up it just keeps stating they've got it. Today is 7th Feb and I'm still waiting! I've told the seller
I want a refund!
This is appalling for a tracked parcel.

Would give a 0 if u could. Absalutly worst company i have ever had had the misfortune to TRY and use. What company doesnt have a call centre? Absalitly adament that they delivered my mums parcel but the photo that they sent to confirm wasnt even our door or any of our neighbours doors! Never Never again - Paid extra 4 insurance to deliver on time never left the Hermes-Station
Worse UK Hermes, we send the Parcel form UK to Germany and paid extra insurance (140euro) service charges! Delivery before that date we accepted, but the Parcel never left UK.,We and the buyer just wondering, hoping that it will arrive someday, which never did! After over 4 Weeks the Hermes guy bell our door and gave the Parcel back - GREAT.
The Worse thing, there is NONE Service, no one to call or to complain either online, NO eMail or any Contact Data to get in touch !!
We lost nealy £ 20, but Hermes earned £ 20, that how they make business here in UK!

Worst among the worst. The service is terrible and unreliable. The workers ere underpaid and demotivated. Event the customer complaint hotline is paid. Avoid if you can, even DHL is better.

For the second time I stay at home…
For the second time I stay at home waiting for a package for the Hermes delivery guy to not even ring my bell, but dump all his deliveries at the store near my house and the best part is for the second time, in the email notification I got, the address listed for where my package was, was wrong! Both times same store different addresses none of which were correct!
