Overpriced. Inconvenient with how often they change selection and not keeping any staples. After about half a year of exclusively buying their coffee I am done. It is insanely expensive, AND once you find a taste that you like, you come back the next month and it is no longer there! I adore good tasting coffee, but they're making me do WORK every month trying to guess which of their new coffees I might like and trying to see if any of them are at a reasonable price! It is not fun and a time and energy drain!

Great Columbian Coffee. They accidently sent me 250g instead of the 1 kg I ordered. I contacted them and after a few days the emailed me to say they would send me the 1 kg bag. I received it the following day!

Insanely good specially coffee. Got a cup in one of their cafés and never looked back. I’ve been ordering from them for half a year more or less. Recently I had an interaction with customer support and it is as good as the coffee. Fast and human-scale. 10/10

Bought Lucia and completely disappointed. Perhaps quality control is not upto scratch at Hermanos as it used to be. Unevenly roasted beans and odd beans that would lead to bitter taste in the cup. Example picture attached

Great coffee and speedy service

I shopped coffee beans many times. Their beans are always amazing. I really love their roasting profile and enjoy their high quality beans. They send defect free beans. Recently I made a mistake in my basket and they immediately helped. Their shipment is blazingly fast. I think I cannot speak high enough for them. Thank you mates! Keep up good work.

Great Coffee, quick delivery! Worth the higher price, even better with offers. The Nespresso capsules are great - in my opinion better than the Originals.

Bought two coffees at London King’s Cross for the train journey. In one the oat milk curdled and I was told it was the acidity of the coffee. The barista then voluntarily made another with a different bean.

I’m older and prefer a stronger coffee taste. Despite recommendations we both found the coffee lousy (luke warm and bland).

Finally, I know it’s not easy serving the public but a smile and some warmth go a long way.

Absolutely love Hermanos. I’ve been to their stores and tried them at last years coffee festival, so was amazed to see they delivery pods to use with my espresso machine. Great news, it tastes just as good! Cannot recommend them enough.

I am a big fan of Hermanos for years now. The choice is amazing and all the coffees have distinguishable taste.

Coffee ordered online was delivered just days later, and the roasting date was just the day before ordering. Super fresh. Love the rare bean flavours and the freshly roasted decaf.
