Quality of product ordered is subpar, only store credit when returned
Quality of product ordered is subpar. Apparently it was mentioned that the item had “some holes”, though I did not see mention of this anywhere where they would make it noticable and warn/disclaim it. When the package was received it contained a note saying “We fixed the hole”, however I proceeded to find at least 4 holes in the item. When trying to return the item, I was told it was policy that they only give out store credit when returning an item, while I have lost the confidence in ordering from them again.
