I ordered 3 items but after paying for them other screens popped up and I was signed up for a subscription and another 6 pairs of shapewear and some "miracle" weight loss patches. There was no confirmation of order email for this. I tried to cancel the 2nd order but they ignored my request. I managed to cancel the subscription but I still ended up with 9 pairs of shapewear which were too big and very poor quality. Mangaed to get an address to send them all back. Three and a half months and multiple emails later they claim I sent the parcel to the wrong address. Luckily I paid through Paypal and I've got some of my money back but they are investigating the second postselling incident.
DO NOT BUY from HERLIXA I can't believe I fell for all the bogus reviews on FB.

I sadly got scammed! I saw a Herlixa advert inside Facebook, paid £30 for an order, but no items arrived. Sent 7 emails to customer service over the last 3 months. No reply. There is no phone line or postal address. I was scammed badly. Do not buy from Herlixa.

they charged me £47 for a short of 22£ price- they added insurance and some delivery etc - short is small and really poor quality. not stretchy so can t get into it -unbelievable. is an open scam from the beginning.
I didnt even confirm the order when I seen the adds they totalled in, still been charged. I asked for a refund numerous times. They just ignoring my emails and blocked me o FB so I can 't review or complain there. I am shocked they are allowed on the market

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered pearlmoon ice silk shapwear three . I was sent faulty ones about awful. I sent them email to complain and they asked me to return but pay over £20 for postage where it clearly states that was free. Iam still waiting for their reply despite sending them three emails . My advice is NOT TO BUY ANYTHING from them

Charged me over £25 for postage when it had said it would be free and have not responded to me emails regarding refunding this.

I sent for the Shaping Shorts. 3 pairs on special offer. Meanwhile the payment was taken quickly but I got repeated reminders to complete my order. The goods arrived and are a small fit, not reaching above my waist. I had sent for a larger size and believed there to be 3 colours, not all black. There are no labels whatsoever on the items as to size, manufacturer..nothing. I am not expecting great returns service. Such a pity.

The company is based in China, the return address they tell you to send back to is in China, so costs £20+. They claim "Made in uk" but this is fraudulent. The product is cheap and nasty! It was posted from a UK address but you can't post back to there.
After trying to get my money back from them for 2wks, I contacted my bank and they put it through as fraudulent and got me my money back. This company will not refund despite their 180 day guarantee AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Sent fake product (Pearlmoon shaping shorts).. steer clear of this company.!!! Can't be bothered to return as abroad and doubt I'd get a refund.

This company are not great. They overcharged me, claiming free shipping then charging me £10 over the amount agreed. They ignored multiple emails attempting to cancel the order and then about returns. I eventually received the goods but the returns address given in their website is not legitimate - no courier will send there. So I was unable to return their products, which were cheap rubbish. I eventually got a refund via PayPal thankfully. I wouldn’t advise buying from them.
