Rob originally came out to our house in October 2018 to assist myself and husband in writing mirror wills. Rob was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional, dealing with all our queries and requests with compassion and understanding. He answered all questions succinctly and clearly and provided us with our documents in a timely manner. Writing our wills with Rob was a stress-free process that occurred from the comfort of our own home.

I have recently re-contacted Rob and was, again, greeted with professionalism. Rob dealt with my queries quickly and could not have been more helpful.

Rob was recommended to me when I first thought of making a Will some years ago. Having no idea how to proceed I was very grateful for the calm, professional way in which Rob explained and guided me through the process during a pre-arranged appointment at my home. Recently I needed to update my original Will and was concerned that this might be complicated as I am no longer resident in the UK, however, communication with Rob was very easy and with one phone call followed by a couple of emails, my updated Will was prepared, posted to me for signature and witnessing and reposted to Rob. So different from using a Solicitor (which we have used in the past which was very costly and not been advised fully) therefore we would thoroughly recommend him and his company.

My wife and I were meaning to get our Wills sorted out for the past couple of years but we weren’t sure who to use, then my dad put me into contact with Rob after he did the Wills for both my parents and late grandad.

We was put in touch with Rob 15 years ago as he wrote my parents Wills and he wrote up our first Will. 15 years on we have had him update our Will. Rob visited us at home (was pre covid) he’s very informative and helpful in giving advice on different aspects in the writing of a Will.
