It's not that anything went wrong,but I placed the order on December 30, 2022, and it is still in Slough, England. My tracking app says it's still at the sorting center. I love the hats from Heritage Traditions, but it seems to take an exceedingly amount of time to get from the UK to the U.S.

Normaly deliveries are at the shorter end of this but unfortunately our carrier has advised of delays recently. The great customer service I received. My order didn't arrive in the given time frame and the tracking number didn't work. I contacted Heritage they checked, the tracking didn't work for them. They asked if I wanted a refund or my cap. I received the cap in less than 2 weeks. Thank you!
