BEWARE IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
They will not refund any money. They will only cancel your subscription.
They said because the subscription had a discount “Your original order included a subscription discount, and part of that discount applies to the first renewal as well.”
So I couldn’t cancel within in the first six months and then I told them I didn’t want their product and still had leftover from the first shipment. So I have 9 bottles of this crap they doesn’t work and am out of hundreds of dollars!
So many companies stand by their products and offer refunds however this company does not! So just beware!!!

The subscription includes a lower price, which is why it comes with a commitment that includes at least one renewal. If cancellation is requested before that renewal, the system applies the difference between the discounted subscription price and the regular one-time purchase price. After the first renewal has been processed, the subscription can then be canceled at any time.
