I ordered my doll on May 30 for $41.
They took the money out right away. A couple days later they sent an email saying it will be delayed by 3 weeks.
It is now June 27. And the website no longer exists. And the tracking disappeared. And nobody has responded despite numerous emails sent.
This is 100% a scam.

Purchase of Ms Rachel Doll
I also bought a Ms. Rachel doll for my granddaughter and it’s been two months and have t received it as of now. It’s DEFINITELY a SCAM! I contacted my bank and got refunded by my bank. Total disappointment because my granddaughter really likes watching Ms. Rachel! Went back to the website and it has disappeared! Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

SCAM COMPANY FAKE WEBSITE
It is a SCAM! Pls AVOID!
I ordered via a link/ad on Instagram from a page called @shopherbieplays. They charged £16 and took the money out of my account for a ms Rachel plush toy. It’s been weeks and I have not received my order. The website no longer exists and the tracking details have disappeared. I’ve checked the Instagram page and have seen many other customers complaining of the same that they’ve been scammed. If you contact the bank you can get your money back however have to first contact the ‘seller’ and give them 2 weeks. Disappointed!

SCAMMED and WEBSITE NO LONGER EXISTS
I wish I could a review about this website and rate it 0 stars. I ordered a ms Rachel doll for my 19 month old daughter. As she loves watching ms Rachel. The order was placed on 24th June 2024. It said order will be no longer than 5 business days. But then 3 days later I get another email to say it’s gonna take 3 weeks to be delivered as they are handmade to order and they will include a free mystery gift. Today is 19th July2024, I went to go on the website and the website no longer exists. So now this has felt like a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IF IT BECOMES ACTIVE AGAIN.
