SCAM! BEWARE - Total ripoff, do not send this company money. It is BS, they claim to have chat available 24/7 but that was also a lie. Do not throw your money away like I did. This is not legit business. No order. No service.

So Canada post has my package and with the strike who knows when it will be delivered. Herb support pretty much told me I’m SOL as far as getting a refund or a new order sent out. Now they refuse to answer any emails.

I order a few times with no issue. But the last time has been horrible!
Passed an order on Monday night, order was only shipped on Wednesday.

Tried getting in touch with them and never got any replies, which is weird in itself because in the last I had good communication with them.
Tried reaching their support team. Been 2 days now and still haven't gotten a response.

I will stop ordering from then until the issue is resolved and they have their stuff together. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately my order was sent out just before the postal strike and my order is with the post office. I message you about my oder and all I was told that there is nothing you can do about it. So now I don't know when I'll receive my order. I would think that upon hearing they were going to strike you would have switched to another delivery company, but you didn't and I don't think that is good customer service. Totally disappointed in this. You should have been on top of this and not just giving me a lame excuse. Well why would it matter you got your money from me and I have no product.

They take a whole 7 days to tell you something so important like my parcel is stuck for the foreseeable future LOL... I used to recommend this website to friends but Not anymore
