Terrible customer service after no delivery
I’ve placed two orders with this company… the first arrived promptly and perfectly packaged. The second hasn’t arrived and it’s been nearly 2 weeks. Left messages on the contact us page with no response… phone number provided us automated so no way of speaking to anyone. Terrible customer service if you need to contact them!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order and have had no email confirmation of my order though they have taken the monies nor any delivery details.. I have emailed them 3 times to enquiry where my order is and its delivery date but I have not received a response, I have even messaged them on Facebook and Instergram direct. Absolutely disgraceful service. I will never use them again.
